yeah that's the one point I am thinking of, and after the hell like training in Israel he joined NSG or RAW the point is not clear of what he was training for, for Special Forces, NSG, or RAW
@@thedeadwalkingguyso what i have tried his training protocol for past 2 years it's impossible i thought i have to quit weight lifting for better recovery but still nothing happened he is lying ( i am 21 years old and physical training experience of over 11 years(weightlifting 5 years) still it was impossible for me to do his training for even 7 days straight 😢)
@@thedeadwalkingguy when I was following this i build up my running to 20km because I used play football so I already have running experience but pretty sure with proper practice I can run 40km

I commented about the guy...who says the the NSG commando ko dekh kar usse lagta nahi ki wo..yeh kar pata hoga.. He can see the guy now.....and is.comparing what he did at 18
