Give KD that same energy as Lebron. The coaching issue with the Lakers isn't a matter of Lebron being a coach killer. It's an organization issue. The Lakers fired Vogel because he and Westbrook had issues. Not because of Lebron. The lakers didn't even tell Vogel. He found out from the media. The lakers have been firing coaches consistently since 2011 when Phil Jackson left. Lebron wasn't a laker from 2011 to 2018. When kobe was still playing for the lakers, they fired Mike Brown in his 2nd season 5 games in. This after he went 41-25 the year before and got them to the 2nd round of the Playoffs. None of these other players get the same energy from the media and it's really not right.

The reason why Lebron gets more scrutiny is because people call him the GOAT so naturally people will analyze him more.
By the way, I consider Lebron and KD to both be ring chasers who have made weak moves in their primes to get easy chips throughout but Lebron was just more effective at doing it.
So I dont understand the civil war between Lebron and Durant fans when they are the same. It's like watching a group of strippers arguing with prostitutes. The only major difference is that people don't call Durant the GOAT so his weak moves have less long term impact and consequences on the all-time debate.

I think the original thinking was we have all this offensive firepower let's get Frank Vogel a defensive coach now the two reasons you were fired him was because the one you can't run it back after being swept but you really can't move any of your pieces and maybe since you're so heavy on offense why not get a coach in there that knows how to maximize that

Mike Brown won two rings as an assistant in GS before he got the job in Sacramento. Eric Spo is still in Miami and is arguably the best coach in the NBA as of RN , Blatt had one great season as a head coach and I don't think he gotten another opportunity. When you look at Lebron career I don't think that narrative is far fetched
