    Chalk reviews are my favorite!! Have you tried Tiger Chalk? It comes in a little expensive at around $7 a piece, but it's super clean and reliable for the price. Not to mention it comes in a pack of three in a small tin container, which makes storing and keeping track of the chalk easier. Cheers!

    Its a very good super grippy chalk so in those extreme side or low hit shots it performs amazing.
    Ive tested most chalks with extreme draw shots and found this predator and blue diamond perform the best, it definitely grips much much more than triangle and masters

    Check out the exceed x chalk, I just received it Thursday, and only had less than an hour to try it out. But I did like it. Playing 8 ball I broke an ran the second game, and ended with three run-outs in that time.

    Hey Avarage Joe, could you review the Diamond Ultra-C poolballs? PROs use them mainly in asia though, price is better then aramith pro.

    Too messy for me, I chalk up after every shot. I been using TAOM Pyro for over a year. Same piece too. Well worth it

    Which chalk would you recommend so that the cue ball wont get so much chalk on it?

    • @AverageJoesPool
      @AverageJoesPool  2 месяца назад

      If it's pure minimal cue ball chalk retention you're after then Taom V10 takes some beating. We have a review here: ruclips.net/video/cMJxq9r1uKQ/видео.html

    what I don't understand is a good cue will run close to a grand, a good cue tip cost close to 30 bucks, and your going to cheap out on chalk?

    • @AverageJoesPool
      @AverageJoesPool  4 месяца назад

      Yes, it is strange when you think about it! I would expect that most players spending $1000+ on a cue probably would be spending more on chalks too. But for every $1000 cue sold there will be a lot more $100 cues sold, and maybe those are perhaps a little less likely to end up with more expensive chalks? It's a strange one indeed!! I like it! 👍👍

      I use a Predator P3 but still default to Master chalk. I’ve tried Kamui 1.21, Predator 1080, OB, Taom Pyro and many other chalks but I find they don’t make a difference if you chalk somewhat regularly

  • @richardclingempeel6111

    I tried it, it was totally messy. The best chalks I have found is taom pyro, I've been using it for about a year. On my table at home I can play for hours and my palm stays clean , and I never have to clean my table. Exceed x is great also, just a little less clean as the taom, but it is easier to apply. I will never go back to master or predator, longoni is messy too.

      Yes, the fine powder is indeed messy with the 1080! We have a Taom Pyro review coming up soon 👍

    This Chalk is similar to the Blue Diamond Chalk. Good Chalk but very dirty to chalk with. I am an every shot chalker and with these chalks my hands look like I was working in a coal mine.

    • @richardclingempeel6111

      Taom keeps my hands clean, I can actually run a rack and just rechalk to shoot the eight.

      @@AverageJoesPool Fine is not the only reason. It's too fine and to dry as well. Would it be a little oilier, it would stick better on the tip only. Chalks like Taom, Roku, Sniper... are also very fine but also oily.

    Does Predator make a black chalk?

    • @AverageJoesPool
      @AverageJoesPool  5 месяцев назад

      Not currently. They do three different blue models, one green, and one turqoise across their (current) three chalk model ranges. No black though 👍
