It's embarassing but I did exactly what Grace guessed an interviewee would do-google a question list and script out perfect answers. It didn't work well. Thankfully I've found this video and good luck to me at my interview next week!

Once you are authentic, be prepared to be authentically rejected. Like you said in another video, try not to control the outcome of the conversation.
