It all depends on what you're going for :) with the too faced palette you get more of a range of colors to work with, the naked 3 all have a pink/rose gold tone. It's whatever you feel more comfortable wearing & working with xx

Emily Weller I am all set to get the naked 3 as my first palette but then this semi sweet came... am a newbie for make ups and I barely know how to put eye shadows... which is more blendable? hope you can help me decide...

I would say to go for the too faced semi sweet palette. Because if has warm tomes that are perfect for everyday use . :)
