The NTTA actually cares about keeping the lanes clean of trash and debris. For some reason the other municipality, non-NTTA, has zero concerns about the same. I-75, I-635, I-35, I-20 and I-30 are horrid with the trash, tire shreds and other debris not removed from the shoulders of their lanes. Horrid!👀👂
@@moonshine8255 You need to go to other cities the size of Dallas in the country then and see their infrastructure and streets. Dallas for the most part is nice.
The reason is because there's no density. Look at the skyline from a distance. Then look at it within the city. Big difference. A lot of it is spread out.
Where the hell do people park? 6:00 say you need to go to CVS or something is that all the parking they got? Are those stacked up cars on the left are those parking areas for people?
I am watching this and I'm wondering what are people doing in Dallas for work. Is there any manufacturing going on in the City or nearby.im such a looser. Always thinking about work, nit fun:-(
And it still bangs with other cities even though other cities have kept building their skylines up. Dallas was the biggest down town west of the Mississippi for the longest. They let Austin and Houston have it though.
A cidade de Dallas é bonita, mas falta calor humano, que não se vê na cidade. Onde estão as pessoas dessa cidade que não se vê, nem uma única alma, só se vê carro e isso os Estados Unidos tem de sobra.
The video showing downtown area only. That's why it looks tiny. Dollas area is 385.9 mi² . That's a huge city. I live in a small city which is 7.35 mi². It doesn't even feels that small! It's great cause everything is close...not much traffic .
American cities and their areas really are not tiny by any metric, they just lack density and are super spread out. The DFW metro area would easily dwarf shanghai's metropolitan area in sheer size, with DFW being about 24 thousand sq km and shanghai being 15-16 thousand sq km. This in despite of the shanghai metropolitan region having nearly 10 million more people than all of Texas.
This place is completely soulless And depressing And a small rural town trying to be a big city like Houston,NYC,Chicago && L.A. when in reality it’s not even close and a great value version of#Houston
Dallas Metro is about to pass Chicago and become 3rd and by 2100 pass up NY. Why Houstonians always worried about Dallas? It's like some little man syndrome.. only thing Houston had on Dallas was the rap culture. That's over now tho lil bro
Ghost town??? 😂😂😂 the Dallas Metroplex has a population of 8 million and we’re ranked number 4 in the country! It’s too damn hot outside and that’s why people are staying inside but it’s a weekend so people here just stay home! I’ve live in Dallas for almost 21 years
What a beautiful city and affordable too, would be a perfect place to live if it wasn't for all the racism and bigotry from the conservative government there.
I dnt know wht would attract any tourist to this city it’s so dead, boring unattractive && unimpressive the buildings Are gothic && prehistoric looking Houston is a million times better just my opinion!!!
The streets are spotless. Amazing.
They really are… very clean city.

He didn't go down the right streets lol. Still downtown does look cleaner than I remember it
Much cleaner than Chicago, and for the most part a lot of major cities. Dallas looks really clean and nice!
Reallly like the fact there is no voice over or commentary. Just a relaxing experience.
Thank you for the comment and thank you for watching.

Lone star city🤘
By the amount of traffic I'm guessing this was a Saturday
is it just me or do dallas look like a better cleaner city than houston.?
It also looks dead
For sure Dallas is much cleaner and better than Houston
i've been to both dallas and houston , dallas is far cleaner and greener than houston
Trust me it's not it's just that most people something are in one area then move to the next but there is a huge amount of people@@JacobCuevasVFX
@@JacobCuevasVFXit isn’t on some days bc I have seen a lot of ppl in other vidw
nice n safe drive bro, greeting from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Thanks 👍
Most likely this video was done on a Sunday morning. Weekdays and Saturdays are usually busy.
That's exactly what I was thinking - Sunday morning, but the author said it was Memorial Day.
Where are the people ?🤔
Please, did you record on a Sunday?
I believe this was Memorial Day.
It was Wednesday
Amazing. Stay connected
Thank you for watching.
Now I'm in the mood to go rewatch some old episodes of Dallas. 😂
You probably won't recognize the old show from the newer skyline. It has changed that much.
Where the hell do people park? 6:00 say you need to go to CVS or something is that all the parking they got? Are those stacked up cars on the left are those parking areas for people?
😊❤me encanta ese lugar 😅❤❤❤
A cleaner Mini Chicago
No it isn't. Chicago has density. Dallas does not. Chicago is on a lake. Dallas is landlocked.
@@deanchapman1824 12 major lakes cover the dfw metroplex although they are artificial.
@blackhole9961 I'm glad you brought up the fact that they are in fact artificial.
Maybe a better word to describe the lakes is 'man made'. They are indeed real, so they can't be artificial.
This must be a summertime video from 6:30 am to 8 am on a Saturday or Sunday.
I believe it was on Memorial Day.
Why many houses are sand-colored, is it because they don't heat up, or is there another reason?
No reason. They should have them a different color. It looks dull and ugly

Where is everyone?
I believe this was on a weekend
Did everyone leave? Why is there nobody around?
This city is not that walkable it’s better to drive. Especially in Texas’ hot summers.
Downtown Dallas or Dallas in general doesn't have the metropolitan urban feel to, it's big but kind of slow
It’s Memorial Day in the vid so busier on other dwye
When you drive in Dallas, nine out of ten people drive like this.
not keeping the lane There are too many people who don't keep their lane
Why are there so many parking lots in the city?
Because downtown Dallas actually does get busy on weekdays and few people ride public transportation. It's hard to find a place to park.
Downtown Dallas hasn't changed much in 30 plus years. Same skyline , plus one or two skyscrapers. That's pretty sad.
But its growing as a city and metro.
Dallas isn't Vegas. You're not gonna get a whole new city every 3 years.
And it still bangs with other cities even though other cities have kept building their skylines up. Dallas was the biggest down town west of the Mississippi for the longest. They let Austin and Houston have it though.

What a dead downtown. Must be a commuter city.
This was shot on a Sunday
The author said it was Memorial Day, but you're exactly right, Dallas is a commuter city. Most people don't use public transportation.
Dallas a ghost town
LMAO no, it's just too hot. That's why you don't see many people.
It's way too hot. Wait til about Sept thru Nov. Streets will be packed
You're insane!! This was shot on memorial day...we were barbequing

San Antonio look better dowtown.
Nah, Downtown San Antonio looks way too old. Most of the buildings were built around the time of the Alamo. 😂
I got love for San Antonio but nah bro lol
Another boring downtown. Nothing to see here.
