      i've been to both dallas and houston , dallas is far cleaner and greener than houston

      The NTTA actually cares about keeping the lanes clean of trash and debris.
      For some reason the other municipality, non-NTTA, has zero concerns about the same.
      I-75, I-635, I-35, I-20 and I-30 are horrid with the trash, tire shreds and other debris not removed from the shoulders of their lanes. Horrid!👀👂

      @@moonshine8255 You need to go to other cities the size of Dallas in the country then and see their infrastructure and streets. Dallas for the most part is nice.

      The reason is because there's no density. Look at the skyline from a distance. Then look at it within the city. Big difference. A lot of it is spread out.

    Most likely this video was done on a Sunday morning. Weekdays and Saturdays are usually busy.

      No it isn't. Chicago has density. Dallas does not. Chicago is on a lake. Dallas is landlocked.

      The video showing downtown area only. That's why it looks tiny. Dollas area is 385.9 mi² . That's a huge city. I live in a small city which is 7.35 mi². It doesn't even feels that small! It's great cause everything is close...not much traffic .

      American cities and their areas really are not tiny by any metric, they just lack density and are super spread out.
      The DFW metro area would easily dwarf shanghai's metropolitan area in sheer size, with DFW being about 24 thousand sq km and shanghai being 15-16 thousand sq km. This in despite of the shanghai metropolitan region having nearly 10 million more people than all of Texas.

      This city is not that walkable it’s better to drive. Especially in Texas’ hot summers.

      Downtown Dallas or Dallas in general doesn't have the metropolitan urban feel to, it's big but kind of slow

    Downtown Dallas hasn't changed much in 30 plus years. Same skyline , plus one or two skyscrapers. That's pretty sad.

      Ghost town??? 😂😂😂 the Dallas Metroplex has a population of 8 million and we’re ranked number 4 in the country! It’s too damn hot outside and that’s why people are staying inside but it’s a weekend so people here just stay home! I’ve live in Dallas for almost 21 years
