I listened to both audio books, watched hours of Hormozi content. I think it’s refreshing to see him nervous in the beginning.. saw a lot of speeches, where he is very confident, but every one, even Alex has to start somewhere and is nervous like every one else before speeches
He's good though .... And interesting with it ...... But, he talks way too fast!! Imagine how many more 'sales' he could make - if he S L O W E D it all down a little!! Most people don't want to re-watch and re-watch .... I think he is very psychologically minded and analytical too! He seems to have mastered everything related to the world of business .... 'Sales' - obviously - is not a dirty word!!! Well done Alex.
I've been bodybuilding for 20 years and wouldn't buy supplements at the gym nor any other merch. I think this is becoming an outdated business model unless you're selling some supplement brand that is well known, high in demand and in short supply. I can't think of any reason to buy supplements from a gym when I can order direct from the company or even Amazon and get a discount. Most avid gym goers already have a supplement line they like and will remain loyal customers.
There is one problem with this idea, is that you are 20 years into bodybuilding. If a normal person that is new to the Gym, get sold into training and SEE the results, they will be more inclined to buy the product from the person that helped them because they know that is someone who they can trust. They will also refer to their friends and family about it, and what is more powerful than a person who transformed their bodies referring you the product they used to get that result.
So, in summary... It's very profitable and easier to sell supplements than memberships. But only to first time buyers. And to cut out all the issues with supplement selling (stocks, upfront costs, competing with Amazon, having a retail area), he started his own supplement business with a wharehouse and all. Is that correct? And how exactly is my boutique gym going to do this?
Hi, i watched the whole thing, but i lost somewhere between participation in the free challenge and them buying the supps for 201$, What is this challenge? How do i convince them to buy the supps? Wht supps are they buying? Am a lil confused!
Great video! If you got enough time just put it in 0.75x speed so then you got more time to really understand what he's saying! (Or also for non-native english-speaker like me 😁)
My gym upsells anything protein related. That’s a supplement and it benefits the clients. You can always upsell higher ticket programs like personal training transformations. Just know how to sell 🤘🏽
Why sell something that's not effective when there is a ton that's actually effecive? 💪🏼 (see Protein (Whey, Isolate, Casein), Creatine, Carb-Powders, Bars (Protein oder Carbs-focused) or even EAAs) so there's a lot to sell what makes sense and i'm sure you will find a good margin of

I thought the same. I notice this guy who claims he has nothing to sell you, is selling you more advertising/leverage over new clients even with acquisition company. Great sales person!

Absolutely! Everyone has to start from the beginning. Consistency breeds proficiency.

I like the video but I don’t understand in the minute 12:00 where he gets 120 extra per acquisition . Why $120
This is gold.
Thanks for tuning in!
Incredible. Thank you!

Thank you, Marc!
If it's a one off internal challenge, how is it recurring revenue?
Supplements run out, so instead of having to always re-order, people buy a subscription.
Is it moral to sell supplements which are not effective?

Absolutely fantastic
Glad you liked it!
So they have to buy HIS product to make it work?
DON'T give garlic to dogs! It's poisonous for them. Less so for some, but mine got super sick off just some leftover garlic in the meat grinder.
This is an amazing presentation for sure!!!!!!
FUTURE GYM OWNER HERE! This is my first audiobook from Alex and IT WAS THE BEST. we got this fammm

31:49 Alex admits using steroids 😂
23:50 LOL
I'm sorry I'm not just not sure the supplements are high quality
You should only be buying supplements that you know are premium quality and have the facts to back them up!
@@Loud-Rumor the supplements aren't legit from what I can see

Profits over people
This is the medical industry standard as well. It's not working and it won't work in the future for any business, industry.
Bro looking fresh asf 🔥🔥

Thanks for watching, Aaron!
Heyy 💯 ✌ 😎🤑💪
Hi Nicole! Thanks for tuning in!
Watched a 44 minute video, zero practical and immediately applicable things were said. Not sure this lived up to the title, to say the least.

Didn’t realize it’s possible to say so little by saying so much,… hilariously useless presentation
Anyone realise alex’s armpits are sweating profusely
What a bunch of BS, lol,… talking in hypotheticals with zero actual information. Might as well called it “cliché clickbait “
