Different slots = different combos. Any characters in the same slot in unmodded storm 4 will only have a couple of things different between them. E.g. outfit, jutsu Those extra slots are there because of different combos and probably other things too. What makes it lazy is that those different combos in this dlc aren't actually new. Someone (forgot who) made a video showing which characters each of the dlc attacks were actually originally from.
@@zexphoros3391 I h ave the dlc. I solved my problem. It was a glitch I guess because I had to beat boruto story mode all over again after deleting the saved file.
