I am guessing based on the hints, Cooler is going to be stronger than the 200,000,000 that Yulong is currently at. With the training Yulong had since that measurement, he might be a little bit higher than 200,000,000, let's just say maybe 250,000,000, perhaps even 300,000,000. Cooler's maximum power might be around 470,000,000. So Cooler would be stronger until Yulong is able to tap into his full power, which probably at bare minimum exceeds 500,000,000 but it could also be over 1,000,000,000 or more by now.
“Frieza’s mental barriers” “He always felt alien and isolated” “But he’s a good guy anyways” Minus the whole “he’s actually evil”, Yulong sorta became Superman here lmao. Immensely powerful, near limitless power compared to the rest, and is constantly holding back because he’s a good guy. While not as heroic as Superman, Yulong is still a very good person, and like Clark he can breathe in space and even fly in a vacuum. Frieza becoming a Superman figure is so ironic but I love it, lmao
I just realized something: without the Red Ribbon army, there'll be no traditional Time Travel arc, which means that Goku will most likely die from the Heart Virus, unless Frieza somehow takes control of the family's army and decides to uses its resources to develop a cure (which does sound like this version of Frieza)

Goku just needs a few zenkais now and an SSJ to help Yulong out. Perhaps a Ginyu body exchange beat up, and then Senzu Bean pick me up😅. Imagine Goku takes care of Cold as Yulong takes care of Cooler perhaps. If it's the entire Cold/Cooler Force, that might still be a challenge for the majority of the group outside of Yulong. Aside from the Ginyu Force, we would have many opponents around 10K to contend with in mass. Besides the ones below Raditz or those near or above Vegeta when not counting Great Ape. So a battle of attrition should happen that will push the group of fighters. So Goku could see a couple Zenkais from this battle in short succession and I'd assume given they knew it was coming would bring some Senzu Beans.
it would be fun if this series would end like i beleve the "what if frieza raised kakarot" ending with the multiversal fight with turles, something similar with yulong ending up meeting and fight along side the good cooler from "what if cooler turned good"
I do like that Krillin and Tien were able to train with Goku on King Kai's Planet and were able to learn Kaio-Ken, too since they don't have access to transformations like Sayians do. 👍 Nice Yulong became Gohan's master here. 🙂 Maybe through a rage moment during the battle against Cooler's amy, it leads toward Gohan tapping into the Ikari/Wrathful Form since Goku can control the Great Ape Form, and this gives Goku the idea he was thinking about in this part for later. 🤔 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.

Not to mention that this invasion WILL BE TELEVISIONED TO EVERYONE ON PLANET EARTH, what will happen to the lives of the Z Warriors when the world finds out?
I kinda wish Krillin, who lives with Roshi, learned Max Power. Sure, it isn't that amazing of a multiplier. It has, though, no major downside seemingly and could likely stack with Kaioken. With Tien bringing back an upgraded Four Witches Technique with Kaioken, it would be cool. Techniques that should be learned or evolved that have been just discarded sadly. With only Master Roshi still using Max Power at times. Gohan and Goku learning Ikari would be cool if they could combine later with SSJ. It will probably be easier to pull off once can access Ikari than combining Kaioken with SSJ. The 10x on top of say 50x would make it stronger than basic SSJ3 as well. I only bring it up as a way to somewhat close the gap to Yulong overwhelming start and general higher potential. So it isn't just all the Yulong story solely and that he helps elevate the rest.
With how fast frieza is gonna grow especially with the large upscaling from future villains, the others need to get a significant power boost. I have no doubt gohan and maybe goku could keep up but the humans definitely need some kind of potential unlock or maybe even android modification. If 17 was able to reach ssb level training with cell juniors,then it just shows how strong androids are.

There is no reason to make Yamcha that far behind Krillin, they've always been around the same level, I get it Krillin wins the popularity contest but that doesn't mean he should be that much or any stronger than Yamcha.
