Nice where the location of the serviceable nozzle spray for adblue is... It seems like a never ending fight to get to the part where you intend to work on... Good job
Another great video mate, we have a fleet of these vans 50+ so it's good to see one I'm more familiar with. We wet cambelt these at 120k instead of 150k
This is my van and the p2002 comes back after 50/60 miles, problem not solved. I am getting the injectors tested as I think that is where the problem lies, I have changed all the DPF sensors but they it seems were not the problem. I have been getting P2002 for over 6 months.
Mines has the same metal pipe blocked with soot, cleaned out with some solder wire. Should I spray some DPF cleaner down there also to clear it out ? No fault codes but van has been running rough on idle and at low revs and also goes into limp mode above 60mph on motorway
@@ORileysAutos Ah joy the wife has a VW caddy that is before DPFs and adblue and she is insistent on getting a new transporter as it had zero problems where as i had a euro 5 transit which was a 4 wheeled disaster area Is there any transporter sized vans that aren't a liability
That wire with the drill to clean that pipe is genius. Keep up the good work,i really enjoy your content.
Outstanding as usual, can’t believe how much u fix rdside that have been to garages

Was a right pain to put the clamp back on
I wish your garage was near me lol awsome job as usual 💪💪

This guy done his at 80k
My Ford P2002 was a broken dpf pressure sensor pipe, luckily a cheap easy fix
The small pipe is exactly what is blocked on my transit. Under warranty so it's back at the garage, i hope they get it fixed
Great work

This van has a cracked DPF it was not spotted until Jan 2024, it is now getting a engine rebuild as the compression was very low on cylinder 3.
👍🏻👍🏻👏👏👏👏
5.57 The foams escaping? There must be a hole?
The adblue clamp wasn't tight
❤

Yes cleaner will certainly help
Is your exhaust pipe black soot since you did that?
Or do these engines generally have that soot?
Yes it was black soot on the first drive for about 2 or 3 miles and smelt like a fire burning. Cleared itself and fine after
Forgot to write that the emissions were on the limit on the last MOT and MPG has dropped by 5 Mpg.
Does this type of engine generally have black soot i tail pipe?
No
how troublesome are the current VW transporters?
Better then a ford?
Egr and adblue system Absolute nightmare
