Unfortunately, this method does not unlock the maximum height. The changes made are ignored by the drone and it still does not fly higher than 120 meters. DJI MINI 4 pro

Please be smart and don't follow any crazy ideas here. Make sure that your country and place where you plan to operate your dron is not restricted about max height of drones flight. That would be only possible if you update your DJI's firmware after 01.01.2024 with the update they supply. Just don't update and you'll have an unlocked drone, no?

Then your fly area is in a restricted area, like airport or airbase. You can check it online if your area is restricted or not. I live near by airport, my flight altitude is also restricted at 35m.

I tested FCC booster bro, which did not work on DJI mini 4 pro. I did not see any difference in range. Anyways I'm testing some other Hack, I will update you once i find anything.
Importunately this doesn't work. I mean. You can set the parameter. Save it. But as soon as the RC is connected to the drone again it simply rewrites the parameter. It seems like the DJI Software is aware of this hack so they check it first and then they just rewrite the parameter. But there may be a legal solution that I also tried. You just need to declassify your DJI Mini 4 Pro from class C0. I sent the request and now I have to wait to get the new labels and I'll see.
yes the drone connects, and I do all the procedures... I even wait 2 minutes before disconnecting the USB-C cable but when I then access the menu, nothing changes, the 120m limit remains

@@GetElectricGR I checked this today, I'm on the latest firmware and it allows manually dragging the altitude limit to 500m, it defaults to 120m though and shows a warning when trying to exceed that (but doesn't stop you).
@@DigiDriftZone are you sure? I tried it with the latest firmware and it allows 500m indoors but as soon as the drone gets GPS, it reverts to 120m max. What firmware do you have in the drone and in the remote controller? And which remote controller?
@@GetElectricGR Just checked again, yes, it is not locked, just shows a warning the moment you go above that altitude, warning disappears when you return to 120m. Aircraft: 01.00.0300 - RC: 01.01.0200 (I'm using the RC N2 without a screen) - when I click check update, it says latest firmware. This is in the UK, outdoors with GPS.

Ofc, you need to do the same process, only, at the end instead of 500 you write 120 meters and it’s done.

Probably won't work if you updated to firmware 1.00.0300. If you have 1.00.0200 it should work, probably.
