I picked up rice cakes to try about a month ago and I'm hooked. I throw them into just about every broth/soup meal including spicy ramen. I can't get enough!
It depends i’ve seen thing in my local h mart that are VERY cheap and also very highly priced for the amount of food. For the most part, I will say I do feel like i walk out with more then I do at the other supermarkets i go to (Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Mom’s, Sprouts)
Love love love this series. Didn't know what do with those rice balls. Thanks for the tip!!
If you have any other advice/suggestions/must-buys please comment!

Love H-Mart!!!! We lived in Hawaii and needed our furikake and fish cakes and steamed dumplings- we love the ban Chan and Kimchi selections too ❤
Love H Mart so much!
I love Hmart!
I cook dumplings in an air fryer or oven lightly coat in oil when I'm being lazy
Kimchi selection is fantastic.

Are Korean stores cheaper than traditional ones?

The fat rice noodles look good.
It's been a long time since I was at asian market. Maybe 2008.
I wish we had Korean grocers here… I’m in such a small town, and the biggest town closest is just not it when it comes to diversity. It’s so dumb.
Cookieeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I so miss living near an Asian grocery store. 🥲
