Eggless Molten Chocolate Cookies made with WholeWheat flour, Oats & Jaggery! No Maida or white sugar

If you love chocolate cookies, you will love these cookies! Made with Whole Wheat Flour (aata), Oats and Jaggery, stuffed with dark chocolate fudge sauce! These cookies are crispy on the outside and soft and gooey in the middle. Completely free from refined sugar free and refined flour free.
For the cookie -
1 cup - Whole Wheat flour
1/2 cup - Oats
1/2 cup - Jaggery
100g - Ghee/Butter
1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
1 tsp - Vanilla
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
3/4 tsp - Baking powder
1/4 tsp - Salt
1/4 cup - Milk
1 tbsp portions of Frozen Dark Chocolate fudge sauce
For the Dark Chocolate fudge sauce -
1/2 cup - Jaggery
1/4 cup - Water
1 tbsp - Ghee/Butter
50g - Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp - Cocoa Powder
