@@LukeR1M well to be honest, Sony and LG charge the same or more for their party speakers and. IMO, don't deliver as well as JBL. LG just recently came out with a speaker (XL9T) similar in size to the Partybox 710 and it's $800, same as the 710 when it came out. NOBODY is buying it. The LGXL7 came out at $600, which at the time last year was $50 MORE than the comparable Partybox 310 retail price of $550. Sony has priced their comparable speakers the same for a while. The XP500 was $400 when it released, which was at the time $50 more than the comparable Partybox 110. The Sony XV800 is currently priced $648, which is about $50 more than the newly released and comparable Partybox 320. So if you want to cry about the price of JBL party speakers, then I sure hope you are doing the same crying or worse on the Sony and LG speaker videos. Here's a tissue, buddy. 🤧😆
@@JaysStraightUpReviews Lol, I'm not crying. Why did you get so offended? Just stating a fact. I completely agree that LG XL9 is extremely overpriced and I would never buy that thing for $800. Sony in my country are even more expensive than JBL with comparable sizes with an exception of the Ult Tower 10. But even me being a fan of JBL (I have 2x 710) and you as you stated in the video, have to agree that charging $1700 for the Ultimate is insane. It's a really good speaker but not twice as good as the 710 to charge twice the price.
The Ultimate is insane! But do you think it or the 710 is too much sound for a living room? For me the perfect combo is having 2 310s or 320s paired in TWS. And I'd rarely be able to tolerate playing those at max. Plus I can easily wheel them out outside for a kick-ass party.
I have it two 710's and I would say is too much for the most rooms; unless you have a really really bigger room, but it will still be so loud. I From the last reels that I posted on my channel you can have an ideia of what this two things is.. I use to play it at max 30% volume and shakes everything even far away.
I have 2 710s as well and I love them but I pretty much never use them above 50% volume, and that's like max I would go before my family starts knocking on my door. I think 2 320s are better suited for most users, still more than enough loudness indoors and you can always take them outside effortlessly.
From my experience with 710 the sweet spot is at the 50% volume max 60% from 70% above the highs start to kick so much it gets really loud but the sound isnt so enjoyable for my taste. Also recording those high volume from so close with a smartphone you cant absοrd the true sound. At the 33 volume you could clearly see the difference on lower bass against 710 also stronger bass on ultimate. On black friday ultimate in my country was 950 euro for about 2 weeks i was stupid to not buy it but there wasnt much reviews to see if there was upgrade from 710.Guess i have to wait until the next one sale.Nice video.
Form my experience, the 710 is good until 80% volume, it has a good equal sound. After that, the mids and higs are really louder than the bass. The ideal is have always two Partybox's to connect them by TWS.
@@SPLSPECTRUM I think above 60% the bass losing its depth so I usually like to hear it at the best range which for me is until 50% to 60% with bass boost 1 (deeper). I'm going for the ultimate not that I'm not satisfied with the 710 but more bass is always welcome plus the three way system.

@@LukeR1M It's 26Hz on how much dB's? Because the 710 can reach lower than that, starting at 22Hz.. But it's like -12dB or less, depending of your room acoustics too... I consider good response until -10dB. The strongest response is 0dB, that it's like 45Hz; and -3dB, that is 40Hz on one PB710. On two Partybox 710 we have 40Hz in 0dB and 35Hz on -3dB. I saw people saying that Ultimate reaches 25Hz at -9dB, which is pretty audible, but not the strongest.
