    I love the way you teach! I am not a fan of short fast videos. Normally if I’m watching a video it’s because I want to see how something is made! And if it’s a short fast video I don’t feel as if I’ve learned anything!

    Your style of teaching is complete, and understandable , for those of us who are trying to learn the many different machines and software available. I for one thanks you.

      I agree, I am old, and don’t always understand some one saying just do this, then that, and the video goes so fast I can’t see. I like the step by step showing the whole process.

    I definitely like the longer videos as I’m a visual learner and having the step by step tutorial here is fantastic thanks for the wonderful video! New subscriber here! ❤

    I have asked over and over if I can use HTV for embroidery. Of course the companies that sell very expensive vinyl for their embroidery projects they say don’t us HTV, it is too thick and will ruin my embroidery machine. I am sew glad to see that you use HTV. There is such a wide variety of colors, far more than the vinyl specifically for embroidery. I am excited to to add HTV to my projects. Thanks for the very informative video.

    Thanks for your method of teaching I did wonder where you’ve been. In the meantime I started embroidering myself.. I still have my Cricut and learning how to use Embrilliance stitch artist 1&2. So glad you are back!

    Hello, I'm about to try my first glitter appliqué. I have a question that I wonder about. I think my glitter says Iron on. So do I iron it after all is completed? I will cover the with something to protect the vinyl from hot iron.
    Thank you

  • @bevyjeanheyrman8537
    @bevyjeanheyrman8537 Год назад +1

    So I have a quick question? Some people would have ironed after the tack down stitch with the htv. Do found it makes it lie flatter or do you wait till the end of the project to iron it down? Just curious because I get alittle nervous ironing while it’s still in the hoop. By the way it’s adorable

    • @PattyAnnesPlace
      @PattyAnnesPlace  Год назад +1

      I waited until the end. I do have a tiny iron that I could have safely used while it was still in the hoop.

    Sorry me again! When you use the adhesive spray, that doesn’t affect your needle at all? Please let me know, thank you so much!

    Have you ever used your cutting machines to cut out the fabric pieces for your appliqué like you did the HTV? That’s why I bought my Cricket but have not been brave to try yet, lol. Love you videos. Thanks so much!

    • @PattyAnnesPlace
      @PattyAnnesPlace  Год назад

      yes I have. It works really well if you put steam a seam lite on the back of the fabric. I also use Terial Magic (a strong starch) on the fabric.

    If you don’t mind me asking which software level do you have? I have an embroidery machine, but I am very hesitant to buy any software because it is super expensive so if I started off with the level one, could I create cut files? Thank you so much!
