I think Willow is struggling just as much with feelings for Drew as with guilt for making out with him. It was more than the alcohol that led to it. Her conscience is going to ruin her marriage if she doesn't confess to Michael. I don't know if he'll forgive her, but I do believe that when he finds out, he'll find Drew and deck him.
