Example: In Left 4 Dead 2, you can get the "Septic Tank" achievement by using a boomer bile on a tank... but outside of maybe a couple rare situations in versus mode, calling in the horde when dealing with a tank (which usually occurs without the horde), only serves to exponentially increase the danger you face instead, and can be easily argued as intentional griefing on expert difficulty.
