PH in water is negated by the acid in your stomach so it's pointless to worry about it. The most important thing is to drink mineral water because we need those minerals.
I had a few different colors of the flapping butterfly clips growing up. The lines in the wings always broke then the wings would fall off but I loved wearing them.
ph is how acidic or alkaline (often referred to as base) fluids are. the scale ranges 0 to 14 with the ph of 7 being neutral. that means purified, non additive water is ph neutral. a true ph of 7 is the purest water you can get. a ph of 0 to 6 is on the acid side with battery acid being at 0, the juice of a lemon at 2, black coffee at 5, and milk at a 6. on the opposite side of pure water, you have an egg at an 8, typical hand soap at a 10, bleach at 12, and liquid drain cleaner at 14.
Low PH water is good for ppl that have kidney problems like chronic kidney stones. Just FYI. I have that problem and since I switched to zero water I stopped passing stones and I was literally was passing one to two stones a month before hand. I’ve been drinking it for 8 years now and haven’t passed one or needed one kidney surgery since. That’s why it’s popular. I use zero water dispenser reservoirs for the fridge and use aluminum portable drinking cups so it doesn’t mess with the PH to travel with.
By the time the water gets to your stomach and gets digested, it becomes ph nuetral regardless of the ph it started at. Just drink the water you like, don’t worry about it being alkaline or a specific (marketed) ph.

We did this! The more will known brands stayed pretty well too their alkaline, the off brands were still higher PH but not much over 7.
Also your body like.. rebalances it to keep the PH of your body right so it doesn't really matter XD

Alkaline water is better hydrating because it has different minerals than more acidic brands of water like Dasani.
It's located at most all local grocers. It's an alkaline water. Your body absorbs water easier when it matches the pH of the inside of your body.
