I like how excited you get every time the measurement is correct

LOL. It's more difficult than you'd expect because the PVC couplers are pretty tight so sometimes the pipe slides in just a bit differently... and 1/8" makes a difference. Thanks for watching the vid.

You and Paul are musical engineers. Wow watching you hacksaw away released all the stress from my hideous work day. Can hardly wait to hear you play it! I love the sound of digeridoos. I always wanted to play bassoon and the doos are close. Ha! Your diy video makes me want to make one. If not for anything other than the exercise of hacksawing after sitting ar a computer staring at spreadsheets all day. Really will put this video info info action! In fact it would be a fun family project.

I think you're absolutely right. It would be a great project for a family and it's musical to boot. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. I need to get this one painted and find a mouthpiece. Another vid coming soon!

@@Iceland874 I always think adding the finishing touches is half the fun. Make it unique as they say.

Looks like one can get a good hacksaw workout with this project.

So true. You can build some biceps by making a few of these.

i dunno if is availble locally to you, but I would suggest vinyl tubing for a mouthpiece. buy it very slightly undersized to slip over the end, sit it in a mug of boiling water for a couple of minutes to soften it and push it on. warm the other end and fold it over with some pliers. maybe make the mouthside first, maybe make a few to test. Good job and good luck!

That's a really good idea. I'll look into that. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching. I realized after the fact that I didn't really have any sound clips in the vid. I'll get another video posted soon.
