I. e. e5 / e4 7 Knight via e5 to f3 and bang. What do you held about this?

I did think of this but was worried if (2) he does nd3 check, practically forcing a trade. Then after that he seems to be consolidating and positioning to clean up on the right side. Clean up the pawn I mean.

Quite a nice idea! I suggest you make the same comparison but for blitz format in your next video(prefereably 3+2 or 5+0 blitz).
