Of course, Paleo is a restrictive diet so you lose weight. You can lose weight on just about any restrictive diet.
Its not just weight its about living healthy without spending ur last days in the hospital bed .

It really isn’t very restrictive. I mean it take out simple carbs and sugars but it’s not restrictive because you still have so much to choose from
