just a tip you can make moonlight potions which act as prayer and super combat in one and you can also make good food in the rooms before the boss chambers. It only takes around 2 min to fully restock supplies. Just search the crates next to the cook ranges to get what you need.

u can also flinch the blood jaguar part to take no damage during that phase, you have to walk on to the blood spot a couple ticks after it is fully drawn on the floor, then back to the jaguar
For the eclipse moon specials. You can click the tile next to your character instead of clicking the mirrored spawns. Less mouse movement during that phase. For the ball phase, if you hold (ctrl?) you will walk instead of run, and you want to click to walk as soon as the teleport noise cast on your character ends.
Another fun fact. The boss rotation is consistent. So I mark 2 tiles of where to go stand after each special, and I label those tiles with the name of the special that just ended. (Ie. mirror, ball, dogs, etc.) this way, when I join a room, I can see which special is going to be happening next, based on the marked tile coming up next in attack rotation.

No it doesn't. His heals are based on damage done to you. His base attack goes off of how many consecutive hits it does. If his first swipe hits, it's 1x healing. 2nd hit is 2x healing. And if the third one hits, it's 5x healing

Neit helm, barrows gloves, dragon defender, zombie axe, guthans body (most defensive I have) and verak skirt plus fire cape and climbing boots. Can go more defensive, kills only take a bit longer

@jurgnobs1308 had the same issue, early iron with dscim. DDS helped a ton under 100 hp, and make sure you stay on lit sigil. Still went through a full inventory of food lol. Good luck!

The blood moon will get nerfed, his numbers are too high, he does too much damage and heals too much and it's totally unavoidable damage also, compared to the other two he's a real slog, the other two i down in 2 phases but with him its like 5/6 phases because he heals so much

If you really need a cheese way to kill him, just run in there with 3 items and a full inventory of food, die on purpose, teleport back with a new teleport item Moth thing, and then stock up and gear up and use the food on the ground as a second inventory. There are 3 raids. Before that there is a couple of mini games and barrows when it comes to gear progression. Not every update is catered to end game players
I’m not an end game player.Perilous moons is niche. You can tell it was intended for ironmen. You can do it without supplies because you can make them in the mini game. It’s supposed to be a counterpart to barrows but honestly, it really doesn’t give us anything better than barrows. Without a NEED for the gear or content, and the tradable loot from it is outright pitiful. It’s not a matter of “ endgame “ but even at mid game this really doesn’t hit the spot

you can do a step back on the jaguar, time it when the blood is in a circle. just step away and hit (like flinching)

It pretty much is always solo. The other people you see in the encounter don't seem to count towards your bosses health.
