I live a block away from this house. It is a brown 2 story. The local church searched this house. I know this because I can see the front of the house from my yard, they were blocking the street with their cars. On one side the houses were all vacant. He wasn't in that house then. Nobody smelled anything because he wasn't there! He was moved later! Now there is a rumor that the person who did it had/has a beef with his father over drugs. The father claims he doesn't know who it could be but the streets are talking
Well, silver alerts are for the elderly and the criteria are high to meet amber alert guidelines. The police have to believe that a child is in immediate danger, but because he was a 12 year old boy police probably believed he was voluntarily missing.

He went missing when he was twelve and now, if he was alive, he'd be 15 going on 16 years of age. They're saying the condition of his body indicates he's been deceased for a long time so not sure if he was kept alive for 3 years...and the house was not abandoned, it was occupied. Lots of unanswered questions for sure but revealing too much right now might compromise the homicide case. It's so sad but they definitely know more than they are telling.

We had a 14 yr old in Dallas get executed in a field by 3 grown men in a gang in 2022. Those gang members are now all out on bail. Including one that was involved in another murder and given bail again. He still has not been tried for the 2022 execution. This week, he was shot along with 8 others in Dallas, 6 were women, 1 woman was killed.
So tragic...my condolences and prayers for family and community. Kudos to everyone involved trying to find and bring this young person home to his family.

Attics can draft air up and out of an attic. Mice and rats die and dehydrate all the time without creating much noticeable smell. Larger animals like cats and dogs can sometimes also dehydrate and are found years later, but they are usually are smelled. Smells from attics can come down during the night when air isn't moving up. This case is a murder. We don't know how the body was found. If the murderer wanted to hide a body in an attic and keep the smell down; wrapping the body in plastic and then putting in salt, kitty litter, and baking soda inside would reduce the smell significantly.

How did a body decomposing for 3 / 4 years not have an order? Another news channel mentioned there was no odor. Does not compute especially with individuals living in the building.

@@Angel0fTruth I’ve never smelled the odor of a deceased person yet the odor of a dead rat or small animal can permeate an entire house if located in the walls or under the structure and that odor is almost unbearable
So, by your own knowledge, you can deduce that the body was encased or sealed up so the smell wouldn't alert others to its presence.

We had a 14 yr old in Dallas get executed in a field by 3 grown men in a gang in 2022. Those gang members are now all out on bail. Including one that was involved in another murder and given bail again. He still has not been tried for the 2022 execution. This week, he was shot along with 8 others in Dallas, 6 were women, 1 woman was killed.

Taken at age 12 year old. Found when he was almost 16 years old. What on earth has possessed these sick, evil people. May God have mercy on us.

The lack of news coverage is appalling. My sincere condolences to Jaylen's family. There will never be closure because you can't unbreak mom's heart but I hope that whoever is responsible is brought to justice.

Attics can draft air up and out of an attic. Mice and rats die and dehydrate all the time without creating much noticeable smell. Larger animals like cats and dogs can sometimes also dehydrate and are found years later, but they are usually are smelled. Smells from attics can come down during the night when air isn't moving up. This case is a murder. We don't know how the body was found. If the murderer wanted to hide a body in an attic and keep the smell down; wrapping the body in plastic and then putting in salt, kitty litter, and baking soda inside would reduce the smell significantly.

Dang! A 12 year old goes missing only to be found deceased 3 years later. This made me sick to my stomach. I literally gagged. 🤮
He went missing at 12...... they mentioned finding a body and not skeletal remains; which means he passed away within months ago. Sooooooooo no one saw this baby around town for at least a year or so? He got caught up in something and wanted out. Damn it!!! 😡
