Damn you guys are just ftards. The guy spends time and money to give a display of a functional project. You take the idea and build your own. You guys got no imagination.
Fantastic demo video Jun, and you've gone to such detail on the list of parts ... with images and the schematic. Really appreciate all your hard work and sharing it here. Just starting to learn about Arduino so will definitely be revisiting this in the future.
Now Barbie and Ken can feel safe and secure in their playhouse; my daughter asked if she could get one of these for her Barbie Playhouse when she saw me watching the video, LOL. Very nice project; keep up the good work and thanks for sharing. Barbie and Ken may just get a security system for their playhouse if my daughter is willing to slow down long enough to help me build it and hopefully she'll learn a little about electronics and maybe get the "Maker Bug" to start building her own projects.
Check my RUclips page, building it too and making a lot of upgrade to it. Will upload full video and code when done. Jus a sneak peak video...subscribe for update
lmfao I could not stop laughing at the incorrect password message. "Invalid code! LOL! Try again!" But as an arduino enthusiast this is really cool and thank you for supplying the code and schematics I'm gonna try to give this a shot soon.
That is a wonderful and neat work.. I am truly impressed :) I want to ask that after powering Camera through relay how did you set it to record video by default ?
Hello! I am carrying out a project to conclude an electronics course in Brazil, and I am basing myself on your genius project! But I'm having trouble programming, could you help me, please?
Pikubird Ok Hello, i build my own home security system. you find some videos on my channel. i'll publish the sketch and the circuit, when i am ready. Sorry for my bad english. Features atm: RFID-Reader, I2C-bus-connected terminal/ sensorcyles (Arduino Nanos) to maincontrol (Arduino Mega) with sabotage protection, SD-card event logging. Next time i'll add ir-sensors, keypad for configurations, LAN-module for webcontrol, rf-transmitter
Presence4You aun no lo terminas amigo? tengo la misma idea de proyecto y tengo algunas dudas al respecto que tal vez tu me ayudes a resolver, un saludo
That's quite a great project you put up! Well done...I have a question. How can your code be modified so that the system will constantly check the sensors whether or not the alarm system has been activated? If the alarm pin is entered while one of the sensor is open and its suppose to be close the system will signal that particular sensor to the user. The system can be armed only when all sensor are inactive that's all doors closed and the is no motion in the rooms.
this is a great project, im looking forward to do this.,but i have a question., are the codes was copy and paste then it will gonna work?., and may i ask if you have a documentation for that?, if have, can you give me a copy for that? i need this for my CAPSTONE PROJECT., thanks a lot.
I played this at twice speed and without any sound great video except for that annoying Lee horrible alarm can you please change that this should be a fantastic video if it wasn't for that horrible noise it had to be muted good luck in your life and thanks for the video! :-)
Great, except the noise which is ear piercing annoying compared to the background music. Wife ran in from other side of house & had it turned way down.
Jun Peng, I really liked your project, but I can't find where you change the date and time sketch in which variable resistors are connected to the display and to what pin on the arduino connects to the rightmost contact on the keyboard? Thank you!
Hahah, it was a completely serious project, till the lcd printed "INVALID CODE! LOL!" :P . I heard that the buzzer starts to "blinking" when the camera starts to moving. Unless that were what you want, you should view the code when you activate the buzzer. Except that (that even is irrelevant) this is a very good proyect, CONGRATULATIONS! A question : the PIR sensor, how much distance have it to recognize a movement (min and max distances, and angles)? Thanks
Hello, love the work. I got a question, does the solid state relay have to be suppled with constant current to close its relay or just a trigger pulse. TY :)
let me rephrase myself, do i need to supply constant power to the relay, like giving it current just to maintain the hold of the magnetic coil or just a trigger pulse to switch position from open to close.
We bought everything from your list, and constructed according to your schematic. When we launch arduino with your code: it´s only launch servo and display start lighting without text. Sensors not responding. Your schematic is compatible with code ?
Hello, HOW did you turn off/on the cam?? I know you mentioned it on the codes and your Schematic, but still I don't get it. HOW did you connect your CAM? is it only your model you used can be turned on and off??
What GSM module did you use ? Can I use SIM300 to connect to Arduino Uno instead of using SIM900 or SIM800L? I'm doing home security with sms alert for my university physics project but I want a cheaper gsm module. Is it going to be any error if I use SIM300 instead of SIM900?
The ip camera is not really necessary, u just put it there and live stream. And the camera is located on top of the building, do u expect us to live without roof? This really didn't demonstrate the real situation. Btw, cool project :)
If my accomplice constantly waves outside the hall would that keep the camera repeatedly switching back there while I Rob your garage anonymously? (I assume you have disproportionately good stuff to steal there as it's 3 times the size of every other room.)
Hi I'm doing your project and I need to know how should be connected some component like RTC and the 4 channel relay its not explained well in the description can you help me and sending to my the full and accurate description in the email
A great project. Possible to get the wiring diagram of the device? do you mind if you tell me the hardware you used like the type of the camera and the type of the arduino board and the motion detector. is there way to do like getting text message on our mobile if motion is detected.
The only problem with this set-up is that I have to rip the roof off my house for the camera to see the rooms.
Even then this maynot work that good 😂😂😂
pro tip : watch series on KaldroStream. Been using them for watching a lot of movies these days.
@Flynn Braylon Definitely, I have been using kaldroStream for months myself :D
@Flynn Braylon yea, I've been using Kaldrostream for since november myself =)

You have done a really nice project.
Thanks to sharing your work with us !
do you have the code?
Your a genius. Even if you looked up the code and how to wire it all, your still awesome!
I have yet to build this for my store.
I want one!
Now Barbie and Ken can feel safe and secure in their playhouse; my daughter asked if she could get one of these for her Barbie Playhouse when she saw me watching the video, LOL.

My god! How the hell do you live in that house? Your hands are the size of the house! You must be tall as hell! :3 (good vid btw)
Digihaven i think it's pretty obvious that he hired a giant to tape the video for him...
1SavageDragon1 Great answer
diogo aleixo Aleixo great comment :3
LOL awokwakokowa
Nice zoolander reference lol
i LOVE your mini house, makes the demo so much better!
I'm waiting for my Arduino now, cant wait. Great system you designed and programmed.
do u still have the code?
Thanks for the Circuit and Code...I got somebody that is sneaky in my house...I will use it against his Arse...will post the results
+barnebyboy any result?
Any result (there has been 1 year from your post)
salutoitoi I hope, he is still alive

Does all these codes work? Did you try?
For those who are looking for the code. It is listed in the description with shared link. Hope it helps.
bro I have this type of project how can I contact you privately just to ask you a questions?
Where is the code bro ?
Can u help me pls? I can't deactivate the alarm, pls send your email ou Instagram please
I really need help
All I can say is AWESOME!
Great job, congratz.
Really good work here.
Good job!
Can you please update the Link of the arduino code? The link doesnt work anymore. Or simply put below my comment!
Thanks !
Finally something cool, and actually a person giving the code for the others.
can you send link the code?
It sounds like the camara is really terrified and is screaming
hahah!!!
Great work man. Especially for sharing everything its needed.
That is a wonderful and neat work.. I am truly impressed :)
I want to ask that after powering Camera through relay how did you set it to record video by default ?
The camera has a function as DASH CAM.
Do u have the coding for the Arduino
Very nice proof of concept! My only criticism is that annoying music in the vid, haha.
do you have the code?
what a difference between "Arduino uno "and "Arduino mega 2560"???
ardu mega it's more byte..
Thanks for the great demonstration
i want to make this for my house. how would i be able to run 50ft of cables to the arduino? wont the cable resistance become too high?
Sir can you share me the code??
can you make the program available again?
Where is RTC used in the circuit
Hello! I am carrying out a project to conclude an electronics course in Brazil, and I am basing myself on your genius project! But I'm having trouble programming, could you help me, please?
same thing here bro
What a cool system for Arduino!
Super. I will try to build this in the near future!
great project. a HOW TO of your project with the script would be much appreciated
Man... dont have time to write a how-to
find some... lol
its ok just kidding. you could just upload the sketch though
Pikubird Ok

Now use the Talkie Library so you can add a voice warning the intruder that the police were called and to leave immediatly.

bro can u give me the code of the project in drive it shows corrupted or error
Jun, Very nicely done!
good system for a department without roof, for the location of the camera
Cool system but what if my house has a roof? How will the camera be able to see into each room from high up above the house?
connect cameras in each room?
Shared!!
if anyone sends it to you can you please send it to me? Email: marawan.mahmoud@msa.edu.eg
Hi sent it to ur email

Dude, im an arduino user too, and i have to say, this is an amazing setup! Good job, can i see the sketches?
Sketches are shared in the description area.
can you send the link to the code?
The code is no longer available, can you upload it again??
Yes .I already subscribed your channel for this true project
And I selot you....thanks
nice project dude.........how did you get the camera to automatically start recording once the system was triggered??
Cool project, great work!
Can I use another camera?? camera pocket just like Samsung etc??
Great video and a cool system!
Great, except the noise which is ear piercing annoying compared to the background music. Wife ran in from other side of house & had it turned way down.
When I grow up, I wanna be a screaming security camera the size of a house!
Jun Peng, I really liked your project, but I can't find where you change the date and time sketch in which variable resistors are connected to the display and to what pin on the arduino connects to the rightmost contact on the keyboard? Thank you!
very good projects that's help me a lot in my graduation projects many thanks sir

there are errors in the code
if you correct the code and make connections it will work for sure
Hope you're doing good, kindly can you send me the updated version of this code. That will Help alot!!

I guess you are using ultrasonic sensors right?
am imagining how many of them will be needed on actual size home.
Thanks a lot for sharing this project is amazing!!

how much input pin is required for the connection plz send me the details

Hey, very good project. Can u say me what kind of connection u used for motion sensors. Or u used one pin to each sensor?
legal! Parabéns pelo projeto.
Hello, love the work. I got a question, does the solid state relay have to be suppled with constant current to close its relay or just a trigger pulse. TY :)
I used a separate power source for the relay to trigger the camera. Camera needed more current than the arduino board can produce.
let me rephrase myself, do i need to supply constant power to the relay, like giving it current just to maintain the hold of the magnetic coil or just a trigger pulse to switch position from open to close.
Did you used an original Arduino (and his components) or a clone?
Nice work btw!
I need this for my barbie house! Ken
What program did you use to draw that schematic? Thank you!
Awesome, I like the details.
We bought everything from your list, and constructed according to your
schematic. When we launch arduino with your code:
it´s only launch servo and display start lighting without text.
Sensors not responding.
Your schematic is compatible with code ?
Hello, HOW did you turn off/on the cam?? I know you mentioned it on the codes and your Schematic, but still I don't get it. HOW did you connect your CAM? is it only your model you used can be turned on and off??
how did you do to process the camera data and send to Arduino? Did you use the computer to handle the data?
you said the camera has a dash cam function, can you explain further
Not bad, but would need a time delay between trigger and alarm.
Thanks a lot for sharing this project
AWESOME project !!!. Do You think is possible to upload again the Code and the schematic ?.... the pages dossen't work anymore . PLEASE .
THANK YOU
Nice...can this be set up to be wireless and send email or call mobile phone if it is triggered? What was the costs for the controller(brains)?
Hi! Can anyone help me to activate the system? It keeps showing "system deactivated" whenever I enter the password..
I have the same problem. did you manage to solve it?
What GSM module did you use ? Can I use SIM300 to connect to Arduino Uno instead of using SIM900 or SIM800L? I'm doing home security with sms alert for my university physics project but I want a cheaper gsm module. Is it going to be any error if I use SIM300 instead of SIM900?
You can use finger priny sensor instead of keypa DS
The ip camera is not really necessary, u just put it there and live stream. And the camera is located on top of the building, do u expect us to live without roof? This really didn't demonstrate the real situation. Btw, cool project :)
After 2 weeks I made it successfully. Thanks

It would be entirely possible to have the code written for school and personal projects. Thank you beforehand. Thanks very much.
Nice project
I want this project for my last year seminar, where it is available.
Cool project! Why not letting a little animal like a hamster walk in to the house? :D

What is that, a house for ants?!
Good vid.
cool project man!
It is a very nice projeckt nice video
Apologies ahead if the question is too dummy, I'm a beginner with Arduino, Can it handle multiple cammeras? if so, up to how many?
You have to remove the roof to the house to work, you have to be more realistic, this good
Impressive!!!! Great and smart project.
Forget the Arduino system, I want to know what the name of that mad beat is! Very creative though, daddy likes
Matthew wtf
The white thing on the left that looks like a camera is the motion detection device ? if so , name ?

A general schematic link is updated in the description and refer to the Bill of Materials. It doesnt have the SMS feature, but it is very possible.
