Yes, I found that diving away from battlefield about 23k then side climb to 7km before turning back to battlefield, but still climbing, and hover near the border of enemy air spawn. Only bring TV ammo for moving target and GNSs for stationary. No laser, idk how but people will detect you when using laser ammo.
I personally fly low and fast in jets like the f14b. This is because of visible contrails very high up, and it being hard to evade missiles that are coming at you without warning. Also, low and fast you can drop your bomb and fly perpendicullary to the enemy sam and its almsot impossible to die
If you play CAS in a maneuverable aircraft (aka mirage for exemple), I would suggest staying relatively low to stay in denser air, to lob your missiles (AS30Ls, mavericks...), and then, for the exemple of the mirage where you need to keep the lock, keep doing half circles keeping the targeting pod on the targets, that will bleed the energy of enemy missiles, even of the pantsir, meaning it will be a complete struggle for them to kill you. If you use TV guided stuff, its even easier as you just have to break off at very low altitude to prevent the enemy to even see you so they can't kill you
In game targeting pod only work (locking the target) around 13 km +, in that range, we are inside on pantsir weapon range envelope. so its kinda 50-50 chance. to make better chance we need swarming the air space with multiple air asset, to disperse pantsir player concentration, F14 B will sneaking into top of the battlefield, boom and zooming the pantsir, LGB 10 will be enough, set to direct hit. in the future F16 C with better engine thrust and weight ratio and lantrin will be more ideal for this task.
I use the terrain for most of the surprise attacks but I’m only good with mountains if it’s a map without mountains I basically just pick an Air to Air load out and try to keep the sky clear
there is no point in climbing with slow planes. the Pantzir will hit anything that is flying slow. The OP thing about the pantzir is not the missile but the radar. that thing can look 80° up. not a single AA comes even close to that in this game. so every Pantzir will see you up there and can EZ kill you. thats why allmost noone flys anymore apart from russian jets. It's just ridiculous to bring a SAM into play where every adversary NATO system requires a separate radar station and that's not a bad design. this is intended to prevent the SAMS from being destroyed by anti-radar missiles.
Climbign right away is a massive mistake, the first game for example, if there was a pantsir already up aware of situation, it'd would of sniped you back to hangar, if you climb right away, you are still in pantsir range and that big contrail makes it even easier to spot you.
You got away with it both games as there were not pantsirs the moment you spawned. The safest and correct way of doing CAS in pantsir age is how Hunter does it

Most matches have more than one Panstir and not as many friendlies, if any at all, in the sky. Being as close as you were gets you killed. Shit, I've died right after spawning before getting a chance to side climb or maneuver. You can't go outside of its range of 20km or so because vehicles don't render from that far. Simply put even the Hunter who is amazing at CAS has trouble with Panstirs and he's far more careful in his videos. Panstir is a huge mistake that we should be advocating for Gaijin to take back and replace with the Tor or something else. It's too much of an advantage for already stomping Russian teams who also have the best and trolliest armored tanks, and the best CAS (God my SU25 is fun to get kills in).

Gaijin should enable +18km target pod rendering on F-16 and Mirage's.
Just make that render for everything so it's balanced so planes have a less harder time spotting spaa

Bit late bat the game engine won’t render you in and the low fov or spaa radar makes it so they can’t see you there either
Whenever I use my F-16A and lob AGM-65s, the Pantsir sees it on his radar, and just Js out and respawns in another one. Happened multiple matches...

I still finding Tornado are good for counter pantsir because it very fast, but the problem is it take a lot of space to turn for the another run.
