No one here in Africa hunt to eat everyday, unless you're part of an isolated or very conservative tribe, which is the very minority, and in some countries almost inexistent. The condition for cattle is an interesting factor, because the famous Kenyan tribe that produced the runners that dominate long distance running, have a long tradition in cattle breeding, just like the surrounding east-african countries like Sudan, and Ethiopia being dominant in the races too. That they actually measured health on how much cattle one have. The factor for their good performance is way far from being "running for food"
