You really do live and play in some of the most tremendously beautiful places on Earth. Yes, I'm aware that good camera work can be credited for some of the wonder, but there is only so much you can do with a filter and maybe a polarizer. I am so grateful for not only this format and platform, but also creators like you and Fran who not only educate while entertaining but make us feel as if we are there with you somehow. You remind us that even in paradise the taxman occasionally comes to collect but also, that Frannie is the Apex Predator in whichever waters she occupies. These episodes are the best! I didnt realize how much I needed to see undisturbed tropical islands. Soothing to the soul.
All these programs showing such beautiful scenery could be a whole lot nicer if Fran was standing right in the middle.

I've been to Australia 5 times and I don't ever remember the water being that clear. Absolutely stunning and incredible.
Next time you visit Australia try and get to Port Douglas then organise a boat rip north from there. You have to go out to the outer edge of the GBR to get the best water but it is worth it. The island this pair are staying at is a long way from Australia off the North West coast.
@@geoffdrew5207 yeh mate used to spearfish out off Cape Trib bout 30 odd yrs ago and the water clarity was just like in this vid👌
@@bigd4000 Beautiful part of the World, we lived at Daintree for 7 years. The reefs off Cape Trib and a bit further north were my playground.

Jack- thanks for covering the bonefish. Do not give up- when you hook up they can dump your reel. In those shallows, lose the jig head and sneak closer

It's the Cocos Keeling Islands about 2,900km NW of Perth, Western Australia and they are the jewel in the Indian Ocean. Go there, you will not be disappointed.

We had an end of summer bbq in our back yard last week. Lots of bbq ribs and salad and pasta. The works. I watched you 4 ways to serve the coral trout and decided to give it a try,. No coral trout of the North Carolina coast so I fished up a nice grouper and prepared each dish as you described. So absolutely delicious the ribs and everything else got cold waiting to finish your dishes. The fried fish skin was a bit off putting but the ceviche was a hit as well as the beer battered everything else. You and Fran make a great adventure couple so get married and start a family. That's the greatest adventure of all. I know! age 75, married 54 years, 7 children, 18 grand kids so far, one great grand son. Its been a great ride. Would do it all again in a heartbeat. Think of all an adventure dad &mom like your selves could show your sons and daughters.
