You’ve probably already heard about Bobby Walden’s 3W chop series (on RUclips) but it really made sense to me to decide on the roof height/rake but build a perfectly matched pair of doors FIRST then just bring the roof down to meet it.
I’m really excited to see the work you are doing on the 32 to bring that top back to stock. Get that sedan done for some income, and back to the 32! What do you have lined up for customer jobs after the sedan?

Roof on a 5W (from factory) is 1.5” taller than a 3W. That’s why 5W cars (almost) always get chopped but 3W cars look great stock. If you keep the chop many consider the Doyle Gammel coupe the benchmark chop. That’s a full fender car but I think the comment still applies.

nice work kid. love fat fenders but 30's stuff you do makes me proud someone is restoring the past. That goes for all generations of cars.

Nice Blast cabinet! my compressor has 18.7 CFM @ 90psi? it is almost not enough for blasting. so go BIG.

A chop is hot. I chopped mine 5 inches but it was shoebox lol
I think the chop looks good proportion wise, just needs the execution cleaned up.
