I just saw a great interview of Ed Bonja on RUclips. I never realized that Ed worked for Tom Diskin; Colonel's right-hand man. d Bonja was way more than just a photographer. He helped organize the concerts.
Ed I’ve watched your channel but I NEED TO TELL YOU THIS!! LET ME EXPLAIN FIRST. I collect Elvis photos. I have a huge collection (maybe the biggest by one person to be honest.) and many are very very rare or one of a kind. Anyways, I just realized I have a photo of Elvis holding the plaque your parents gave him!! It was taken that same day and can even match it up to the background you shared! How cool is that! I was organizing my collection and was fortunate to come across today with the photos you shared fresh on my mind. I’d love to email you it for you to see! What’s your email? Also I wouldn’t be surprised if I have fan photos that have your parents in the photos! But this gem is one you GOT TO SEE! Look forward to hearing from you. -Dean
