I really wish there were more comebacks and funny quips from Harry in the movies that he said in the books. "No need to call me sir, professor" and "it's a nickname, that's what my friends call me" are so hilarious
what about when Snape says: "YES, SIR." Harry: "There's no need to call me sir, professor." XD
Sadly that scene Is not in the films :(

Well, technically, it's what Harry, Sirus, Remus, and Peter enchanted the map to say if snape ever got his hands on it. Although it does insult people who didn't use the correct spell, I'm pretty sure that one was made specifically for Snape.
