Hello, I just watched this video. Was completely surprised at the affordable options in lower 300s. I am thinking about relocating from Atlanta, GA. However, it will take some planning and some time to sort this all out. This would be a big move for me. Not sure how I would go about this, but, very interested. For sure looking for a 55 and over with activities, but I don’t want to see or hear fight jets or planes fly over all the time. I need some place without a lot of noise with a pool
Lake Las Vegas is one of the quietest places but there are other quiet neighborhoods as well. I'll show you different areas so you can get a feel of things 👍

I am paying 1,600 a month just for HOA dues so I think I am considering moving. I seem to be working myself to death in the Bay Area for not a lot of money. Anyway.. I do want to get down and check some of these homes out. Maybe towards the end of the year when the Raiders are back playing aging I can catch a game.
