  • INGREDIENTS
    7 liters sheep’s milk (Ewe milk)
    1/4 tsp liquid Rennet
    1/4 cup non chlorinated cold water (filtered)
    Flavor Parcel :
    1 tbs Mastic
    1/2 tsp Mahlab
    **Use only sea salt/ Kosher salt that is non Iodized
    Brine:
    2 litres boiled water
    250g Non Iodized salt
