A male soprano is like a butterfly....the beauty only lasts a short time, but it's a sight/sound to behold while it lasts. Not as technically perfect as a female soprano, but compelling nonetheless.

It's a voiceover in German. Only the songs are original. I loved (and still love) this movie so much . It's been my favorite since I was six .

I was introduced to the magic of French films over thirty years ago, they haven’t lost their sparkle, despite the language barrier….
