We bought this product recently. We wanted to make apple juice. But there was no luck. We also removed the strainer and tried but it didn't work out as the chopping blade is small in size. We added some water and tried again but it was not as we expected. So far the product is good apart from juicer
1. You need to rougly chop carrot into big pieces 2. You can add very lil water as well 3. Most important.. you have Not locked the mesh.. the mesh should not move... so when you pour the juice it will get strained as well.
Carrot is hard to get by using juicer... If you observe the mesh you are putting in the Jar... It is very small holes on that... Juicer is for Soft Fruits Like Oranges, Grapes, Lemon... Your video is mislead the viewers...
Worst mixer grinder.. I purchased 1000W variant for around 5k and I tried to make juice of Orange on first day, it worked perfectly fine. Then I tried again after 1 month of gap, and it's not working, with strainer, the orange slices stuck around the wall and make cavity around blade in which blade rotates without chopping, juicing any thing. Even after removing the strainer still same issue. If you add water, it will make smoothie, n the orange juice smoothie can't even filter with regular Tea strainer. I regret my decision to pay 5k to get such a useless product. I wish I would have purchase Preeti juicer which was around 6k for 1000W. At least they are providing lifetime free service.
I just you one thing try only citrus juicer for taking orange juice.otherwise this is good for masalas and batters.I have done a review of small Philips citrus juicer on my channel you can check that out..
Very misleading video with no proper knowledge of how to use the equipment. Instruction paper clearly mentions importance of locking lids and cutting vegetable/fruit into small parts approx 2cm. How do you expect whole carrot to be juiced out in a few seconds? Same with tomato you literally forced it into the utensils instead of actually chopping it into small pieces. You just cut it in half, that's not called chopping! You should give away the mixer instead of misleading people. Guys this is a great mixer, definitely go for it.
