I appreciate that you didn't feel the need to unfold, measure, and refold every fabric on camera as I've seen done with the other MSQC boxes! Thanks, for a succinct, honest review! I just clicked on another one that was, literally, three times longer than yours! Nope, life is too short.

I fell for the same ad also. And I ~~ LOVE ~~ my Missouri Star Company End of Bolt Mystery Box!!!! NONE of the fabrics were ugly. I AM amazed!

The large florals with the butterflies are really pretty!
I thought so too. Its fun because you get things you may not have bought on your own.
@@guyscrafttoo totally agree!! And if there's a print you don't really care for, you can always practice the half square triangles and new blocks out with those before cutting into your favorites!

Wow - that was a really great deal! What a great stash-builder. Of course, my all-time favorite quilts to make are scrap quilts, and a big variety of fabrics makes for lots of surprises, which is part of what makes scrap quilts so much fun. Thanks for sharing your haul with us 😊
I have yet to do a scrappy quilt. But I'm looking forward to learning some techniques.

I was bummed I didn't get to buy one of those boxes, but like you, I certainly don't need it! lol I was telling my cousin that I had cut back on buying fabric because I felt bad for my postal lady but then realized I was also waiting on two fabric purchases. hahahaha

I made a quilt the size for a queen bed! I opened and ironed and then sewed each piece of fabric together to make one very large quilt! Going to be warm for this winter!

I can relate. It is an obsession. Fabric just calls to me. I still have to work to pay for my fabric habit.
See some people don't realize that. Worse for me, is when I'm at the quilt shop, fabric jumps off the shelf into my arms. I swear I can just walk by it and it jumps.

Hi John, Looks like you goy quite a nice haul from MSQC. They have some beautiful fabrics. I got hooked on pre-cuts from them. That's why I can't open their emails any more. It seems I want so many of the things that I see. Enjoy! 🙂🙃🙂
