I get asked many of the same questions (more from a photography/journalist side) so I'll just refer people who ask to this vid from now on!! I didn't know Supercars were running that tight on videography restrictions. We've had it similar in the BTCC. No on track footage, nothing from pitlane, and if you're filming in the garages it must not show pitlane in the background (even though my content is just messing around with a GoPro as an afterthought) but in the last couple of weeks it has been opened up a little to the teams, and in future the support championships - perhaps an opportunity to shoot at Brands Hatch with a client there in the future?
Thanks for the video. Gear question. Sort of... Do you ever use a gimbal or is it always that SmallRig fixed handles setup, we sometimes see in your videos?
Different types of shooting require different types of gear. I do handheld, gimbal, everything. All depends on the type of shot but I have been using my gimbal less and less in recent years. It’s more for static shoots and establishing shots
Glad I found this channel man! Right on 💪🏼
Damn. I was just about to ask which camera you use🤣 Love your work bro.
I always get your first question, but as a mechanic. I always try and tell them, dont do it. Hahaha.
Loved this Mark!! Already looking forward to part 2😆
