There were a couple of discrepancies where they recorded fewer hours in a month and adjusted them in the next month. I have got the email chain of me notifying them about this issue. Due to this, in that month, then I crossed 80 hours a month. However across my total time working, that limit hasn't been crossed. Would this be a problem for PSW, like should I get a letter of confirmation from them that this was their mistake?

Hi brother thanks for your information I have completed my masters recently I got my result so now I will be applying for my PSW till 30th SEPTEMBER 2023 my course duration was there, I checked my overall payslips from last SEP 2022 I have twice crossed limit like just 1.35 hrs and in one 2 hours will it be any issue ... I asked to my manager he said it won't as NI dept will always calculate average of the year…. and also I used to work in JW marriot hotel so they pay monthly and also my manager said that in some months it’s 5 weeks so it is coming 1 to 2 hours more
I completed my psw application just before payment,I had one mistake in it . I did not submit it yet.But as I completed declaration step i cannot edit. If I delete it can I reapply it again.

Congratulations brother... Can you tell me Brother my visa is expiring on 7th March 2023 and my university will give me results of my masters on 4th March 2023, do you think I can apply for PSW in just 3-4 days?
Home office must give you a visa that is 4 months more than your course end date. You have two options. 1 - ask your university if they can give your provisional results and then apply for a psw. 2 - ring the home office, they will send you a new brp which has 4 extra months on it. They will send it if a mistake has already happened when they gave you visa. Many students have asked the home office to amend their BRP as they were failing to apply for a psw in time.
Agar tum 2 jagah kaam karte ho or tax and NI pay karte ho, then you pay more tax as your tax code changes. You may be working part time (say 20 hours at each job) but it becomes 40 in total if this is the case. May be you will go on BR tax code.

Hey! That's common I guess. The day I received my decision, my friends also received their decision. But they applied some weeks earlier than me. So give it some more time. The official time to receive decision is 8 weeks as far as I remember.

Is it a good practice to leave UK for marriage during PSW and then applying for my partner's dependent visa? Thanks!
She can apply for long term tourist visa. It will allow her to stay in the UK for upto 6 months in one go. But she can re-enter without applying for visa another time (until visa's validity). You can approach travel visa agent for this purpose. But her right to work won't be equal to a dependent
Yes. Their visa is valid as long as your student visa is valid. You can make their application along with yours and pay the applicable home office fees plus IHS.

You can go to India that's fine. But do arrive 3-4 weeks before your student visa expiry.

Section 3c of immigration rules apply to you. So you are not illegal as long as you've made the application before your current leave expired.

You have to be in Uk till decision of your application. Otherwise you will not get visa.
