At least with Xbox Series X, you can play Xbox and Xbox 360 games on there, but also give credit that the PS5 can play PS4 games

Its coded to report the error - ps5 has full capability to run these discs, but that would mean less money for Sony. What a shit time it is lads, cant do anything fun these days without paying ££££

wish it was like xbox, the Series X can physically play 99% of all past gen xbox game discs, and can digitally buy each one too.
With playstation's iconic past gen games, imagine if they would do that too, my goodness. Instead few PS1/PS2/PSP digitally, while PS3 streamed only, and most locked behind PS Plus higher tiers.
