There is so much Thai street food in Thailand and Thailand is known for being one of the best places in the world for eating street food. In this video I take you on a Phuket food tour of the street food at a night market in Patong Phuket Thailand, Malin Plaza.

All of the Thai cuisine in this video is very common as Thai street food, but you will also find them at Thai restaurants. You’ll find Thai street food on many street corners in Thailand, as well as at every market, be it in Phuket, Krabi, Bangkok or Pattaya. Thai food has taken many influences from Chinese food so you will find many familiar flavours. Thai food markets and night markets are some of the best places to buy fresh and authentic Thai food while you travel in Thailand. There are loads of Thai food markets and night market all over Thailand, you’re never far from one. At the markets you'll find so many Thai dishes on offer and the foods here are cheap, and so tasty! And in case you’re worried, eating Thai street food is safe. It’s what the locals eat and it is cooked fresh and sold quickly. I’ve been eating it nearly daily since April 2012 in Thailand and my friends who have been to visit and tour Thailand have all eaten it, and none of us have had any problems. Thai street food is some of the best Thai food you’ll find in Thailand!

Street Foods of Thailand, it's looked so beautiful & something looked so fantastic. And it was so cheaper than the US street food or other countries' street food also. If I were a tourist from some foreign countries, I will try these pretty foods for my nice memories on the trip.

thx for another great video, Darren and family. I'll be spending the month of April in Thailand: 3 weeks on Phuket and another week in Aonang. According to google maps, it's a 15 minute walk to Malin Plaza from where I am staying in Patong… and of course Dragon Market is right across the street. It looks like I need another month (or year) in Thailand to eat at most of the places you have featured. LOL Really appreciate the videos... they have been a tremendous help for my upcoming trip. The one thing I am most looking forward to trying are the giant fresh water prawn. The Banzaan Night Market (if I recall right), looked like a really good place to try these. If by chance u have a chance to comment (and I understand if u don't), would u suggest the Banzaan Night Market to purchase the giant river prawns? If not, where? thx
Thanks, I’m glad the videos have been helpful. It sounds like one year in Thailand could be just what you need ;). In Patong I think Banzaan Night Market would be the best place in to buy those giant fresh water prawns. Try the big salt water prawns as well would be my recommendation… we do love them 😋

I don't know when we'll be in Phuket next, but lots of malls here now have "No Cameras" signs on the doors, so that is quite likely why you can't find videos on it.

Where can I get the candy floss burritos in Phuket Thailand?
The Walking Street Market in Phuket Town definitely has them. It's only open Sunday evenings so you're a bit late for that one. I don't know anywhere else where they are guaranteed ... I'd recommend you check the markets near you, or else head to the Walking Street Market in Phuket Town next Sunday.

Thanks a lot Marc. Here's a news site with current news from Phuket. In the last 2 days at least 6 people have died on motorbikes in Phuket (both Thais and foreigners). I'd personally think you're better on a bus or in a taxi. I hope that helps.

As far as I can tell Banzaan Market and Malin Plaza have virtually identical prices. Banzaan Market has a bigger range of products though.

Ananda fell over, hit his arm and cracked a bone, it was some weeks ago and he's fine again now.

U guys eating fried food alot
Used to have those fish that nibbled at the dried skin on your feet and legs, they were darned good as well , - then our 'Jobsworth' H&S lot came along and shut them all down, - the excuse was they could transfer any 'skin complaint' from one person to another. That's why all our street food vendors have to wear rubber gloves when handling any food, - I think they forget they handle money without taking them off. - Another of your excellent videos, thank-you. - On a side note I noticed Aorn looked very beautiful with 'make-up' on when you two got married, but I haven't seen her wear any in your videos, - is it case of she doesn't particularly like it, or is it something traditional that married ladies in that Country don't wear it.

I didn't say she doesn't look beautiful anymore, she does. - I was just curious why she doesn't wear 'make up' in any of the videos that's all.
Sure, it seems the risks of foot spas are largely unknown. Personally I'm not a big fan ... I prefer the food chain going the other way. Aorn isn't a big fan of makeup, it's just a personal choice.
@@darrenb3 I quite agree with you about the foot spas, - I don't see what's wrong with a bit of good old soap and water. Funny my late wife was like Aorn regarding make-up, - (and clothing), - as well, she used to say if the "Good Lord" had intended us to wear loads we would have been born with it, then wore something so damn short even my eyeballs used to nearly fall out, and if I ever remarked on it I was always told it was "Fashionable". Some of the outfits my grandchildren's female friends wear sometimes leaves me thinking that you don't have to show everything, - (almost), - to be noticed.
