2016 Lexus ES 350 Sports Luxury
3.5-litre V6
204kW and 346Nm
Six-speed automatic, front-wheel drive
0-100km/h in 6.6 seconds (as tested)
Toyota and Lexus are notorious for overlapping products to cover more of the market. As is the case with the 2016 Lexus ES, which steps closely in the tracks of the smaller IS sedan and slightly larger GS sedan.

Dream attainable car. Such a gem of a car in it's segment. Massive rear seats for the price.
This has a Toyota Aurion 2GR-FE engine in it, same engine used in many other Toyota/Lexus/Lotus vehicles.
It has a very decent sounding v6 motor! The exhaust... is so restrictive lol
6.6sec... very fast for such a big car for 3.5l without turbo
Lex because gs hav 4wd, es hav fwd
Yess. I've beaten the old Lexus Ls 430 V8 & Many GS owners with this. Infact some dodge & Benz too. I own 2018 Es 350 V6 3.5. Man its surprisingly fast
2007 camry xle with 2grfe engine goes 0-100 in 5.7 sec. and its a fwd car. because of the weight and transmission.
@@MrAqibAbuDhabi the Gs is faster. 5 sec not 6 sec.
really beautiful car and you really do have to spend way higher for even a smaller improvement. gorgeous engine
I have 2017 in atomic silver with parchment interior. Love my ride!!
Somehow found a 2014 and I had to get it at all costs
2:08 you're welcome
Thanx for this video 👍🏻
Omg what country ES350 is this>? it has Rear Seat controls? OMG
Is this an Australian model of the Es?, this Es is very different from the American model, this has digital climate controls for the rear In the arm rest. This looks really loaded I have to say.
Samson Okoro here in Peru the controls in the rear are an option in the Lexus ES, but it comes standard in all V6 Camrys.
I think its just the executive package... but idk if we get that in the us lol
@@TheV8Pumpkin The US version doesn't come with rear seat climate controls. I don't think it's a popular add on people will buy (They can always move to the more expensive LS)
why don't we get the backseat options like they do overseas
+Michael Taylor funny, in my country this Lexus doesn't have the backseat option shown in 1:42, but the V6 Camry has it
because in america average people do not hire chauffeurs, they drive by themselves and the rear seats are used most of the time to carry kids or items. but in other parts of the world's people who can afford these cars do not drive it themselves. they have their chauffeur to drive it and most of the time the owner seats in the back seat. Thats why models sent overseas are more rear seat focused.
Wow stopping power is surprising!
Nice filmed
Wow, this must be ultra luxury package, I just got an 2016 in the US, mine is luxury and don't have that control center in the back...
Nightfall color is my dream color and right now they have only 10 blue ones in the US now for 2016 and only 2 comes with luxury package, and Lexus Safety System +, and the other one had an accident. I got the only one with no accident and in great condition, don't know why satin cashmere and nightfall mica is very rare in the US.
But the ES 350 look great in any color, with atomic silver is the best. I finally got the dream color one in dark blue, even I had to pay almost 1100 usd to ship from Florida to west coast...:-)
I have the 2016 ES with the ultra luxury package and it doesn’t come with rear seat climate controls, just 2 cup holders. The big difference between the luxury and ultra luxury package is the leather in the ultra luxury package is softer (semi-aniline) and the addition of the 15-speaker system. You also get window shades for the rear windows.
It looks like this model doesn’t come with a heated steering wheel which the US ultra luxury package does.
they are overseas not in us. either Australia or anywhere in the Europe
A couple of more cars that you can test:
BMW 118i F20 130kw 8 spd auto, Holden Astra GTC 147kw manual, VW Jetta Highline Sport 155kw DSG, Ford Focus Titanium 132kw 6spd auto
Does this have the same engine as a 2017 Toyota Aurion?
Sure does.
Why are these videos being produced in 720p? What happened to 1080p 60fps
+Bentheguy does it really matter, its hardly meant to be the pinnacle of cinematography.
+Bentheguy Hi. I don't think we've ever done 1080/60 before?
We will be making some changes in the very near future though.
PDriveTV Sorry I was mistaken, What cameras do you use to film?
+Bentheguy Nikon D750 and GoPro4
Both of those can record 1080p 60 :)
Rear looks toomuch like the current camry.. front looks like any other lexus range at the moment.
Would be nice if lexus could change their engine range line-up..
Are you on fucking drugs
It's based on the biggest K platform, which is an Avalon not Camry
This is considered an entry level lexus model tho
It didn't look like a camry it looks like the avalon in the rear.
They made the new models look a little bit too cheap and similar to the toyota counterparts. This is the ES, but I saw the GS the other day, it looked really cheap for some reason
You don't know shit
*delete*
Anthony Abelardo total rubbish talk
I was indeed right. Look at the 2018 Camry.
Anthony Abelardo fuckin dumbfuck keyword 2018 Toyota stole the style from sexy Lexus.
_Manquinho . . ._
fwd sorry it's not worth and there is many competitors with FR or AWD
INFINITI Q70
BMW 530i
MERCEDES
AUDI A5
lexus ES is comfort/luxury, not sports
not in the same class bud saudi
Sayed Moh'd Sayed Jawad yeah if you want to pay extra $3000 every year to maintain your car.
@@TheBjjninja EXACTLY
A q70 and bmw 5 series don't compare at all.
