@@izxmxtsu absolutely not. bandcamp only. it'd be on Chris Grigg's Ampwall too if it was ready. i'll put it there when it is. my hatred for the business model and anti-art ethic of spotify has only grown as the years go by. sad, but if it ends up there it won't be my choice. i'd rather you downlod it for free and pay me nothing, which is the option bandcamp allows me to provide, than give it to any of the streaming services who will use it to line their own pockets at my expense and exploit us all as artists AND music listeners.
bought both errata and grievous on bandcamp, and will purchase this one with my next paycheck. been a great fan of all your work, and your vocals in particular on this album are INCREDIBLE. like erik rutan with rabies. vitriol and violence, veracity and vulnerability; the lead work in particular was a great surprise, and an excellent addition.
@@izxmxtsui could write a lot about this, but the answer is no. the short version is that spotify is a blight on music and needs to be erased. despite appearing to be good for art - allowing easy access to music by all - what it actually does is reduce art to a capital commodity used to line a billionaire's pockets so he can invest in weapons production and write articles about how miserable he is despite all the success and "disruption" of the industry he has achieved. this is true of nearly all delivery services, but bandcamp remains the best way for me to give you my art in its full quality for use anywhere on any device you like, for as little as nothing at all, directly. that's the way i like it.
This is easily my favourite Convulsing album. So much depth in it, also the vocals are phenomenal. Cant wait to see the band live again in Aus.
Please never stop making albums like this... especially songs like INNER OCEANS 🔥
Whole album is amazing but your Porcupine Tree covers are always something special, really bueatifully translated into doom metal. Like they were meant to be played that way, there's so much sadness and melancholy.

Excellent timbres on every track. At times reminiscent of Opeth, Sleep Terror, Acid Bath, and Metallica. Consistent vocals through out, I liked the good balance between the vox and guits. I didn't like the drum mixing but the programming was great.
