In all seriousness, idk why you even bother looking at that stuff, we all know websites like those post shallow, verbose content with clickbait titles to meet word count and view quotas. Im actually kind of tempted to build a simple website, kind of like the Persona calculators to dust off some of my web dev skills, but I have no idea how to pay for the upkeep lol
New Challenge Run ‘How I beat Unicorn Overlord only using the Top 10 Weapons’.
I started the game last week, have 60 hours now (lol) and just got to Bestoria, i play on expert and im very involved in the game right now.
This article is hillarious. They have 0 idea what they talk about. Dragoon + White/Black cat hat is pretty good tho.

AI must have written this. It doesn't make any sense otherwise. Though the inclusion of the Dragon's Warspear threw me the most. Not that I think it's top ten, either, but at least I see the value in it and the synergy with the heavenswyvern reins. Were there no weapons from past Drakenhold in their list?

If they just used all the obtainable +25 on the get go weapons, it might be more believable. Or they had included the holy unicorn blade... is that the name? I can't recall now that have +28 which is the highest attack possible as number 1 weapon, I might be able to believe in the list... This just felt like an April fool joke.

The state of modern gaming journalism. Seriously, these sites should just pay streamers to write guides for them on a per article basis and just limit the salaried staff to save money and maintain the quality of their articles.
It's difficult to explain why but I'm not enjoying this game as much as I'd hoped. Most of the time there is no need to spend enormous time optimizing teams at expert level so I kind of slap together a team with my lowest level characters and try to keep everyone approximately equally levelled. If that team comes out and looks like it will struggle, I can just deploy a killer team to escort it around. I think it would be better if somehow there was a need to maximize efficient use of everyone you have available and less straightforwardly easy to just make one or two killer teams that can win every map.
This has been my experience as well, super squads just win
@@IcedCoffeeGaming An interesting game mode for DLC would be to have a 'war' where you have to engage in 50 battles with 10 units and 5 fights each. You'd just see a 50 battle list and have to assign all the units to each battle.
The game can just be a good game you play once. I dunno. I'm here for the Vanillaware art and style. I almost didn't get the game because of the combat style, but I think it's great and I spend HOURS making teams.
The more you watch YT guides, the less fun the game is.
The more you just stick to your first 2-3 good squads, the less you'll experiment with making new units work.
