after we were done with the hell bender, it was time for cherohala skyway. what came next, was crazy. high winds and thick clouds.

A friend with a venture told me to set the bikes GPS all the way zoomed in and back out one click and it give great road depth perception. It was a great tip I use it all the time now. Especially roads I don't know.

I've been on the Cherohala in April in the cold fog. It really is scary trying to decide whether to ride fast enough to keep someone from hitting you on the back end or riding slow enough to see where you're going.
