This is AMSR for Bikers. It's simple, average of about 4 seconds a cut (which are quite long cuts) and makes a slow paced feeling that helps us absorb. Like each clip is a moving photograph. Ode to a memory of a thing. I'm inspired. For so many videos are there for the sake of fame and prosperity. Hi Jake, can´t see any reason for embarrassment. Very authentic. Stay that way. And once you get used to seeing and hearing yourself on the video I could see a new career starting for you. As far as "planing the trips" is concerned : You already mentioned it, - you wished you had had more time. So, to all of you out there who plan a Bike Trip: don´t make the classic mistake and go easy on the miles/day! Depending what is there to visit and see along the road I find 200 miles /320 km already more than enough. Of course, if you travel on a German Highway to get to some place (and depending on the bike you ride) 600 miles is also possible. But if you are cruising twisties in the Alps - take your time! Good luck Jake , and good luck all. Greetings from Europe.

What a great story. Thank you for sharing it. I quit my job in 1986 and rode cross country for 3 months. 13,000 miles. Giant counterclockwise loop starting from DC on a 1984 Moto Guzzi V65SP. Your videos bring back so many memories, I am so grateful for that. I turn 62 next week and hope after I retire to do it again, maybe not so much camping LOL and on an 850 Guzzi not 650. Cheers!

2 weeks ago i got back from a 5200 mile trip. started in ohio. rode sky line dr. blue ridge pkwy. around the smokies then down to key west. up and over to the everglades. up the west side of fla. to new orleans. rode up to get the natchez trace trail then up to nashville then home. sometimes (when it rained) i stayed in a hotel. sometimes i camped (i have a 2 person tent. that way i can fit all my gear inside) in a campground. i once even stayed in the back part of of truck stop (with the managers permission). that was a 12 day trip. getting ready to ride to bar harbor, maine and acadia national park next week. i also want to ride rt.66. pikes peak. (pch) pacific coast hwy. one of these day. keep making those great videos and keep riding.
Yo! Commented on your other video. Got myself a street twin since then and have been practicing around queens and Brooklyn. Hoping to set out late next year on a similar trip around the country. Your video has been such an inspiration.
Yes a motorcycle trip to Switzerland. That would be on my bucket list as well. Barron Von Grumble has a few videos on his trip to Switzerland you can check out if you haven’t seen them.
Very,,very,,good! Editing was amazing. As an old biker on my 56th year of road riding, (started at 15 years old) it's great to see a young fellow like you taking the time to enjoy this great sport of motorcycle riding. I still ride almost everyday with 30 + day long trips through this wonderful country in the summers. I did wonder just how long that switch would last with all those extra keys dangling from it, never a good thing to do. I enjoyed every minute of these 4 videos, thank you!!! Ocala Fl.
Really liked your trip, I have been on many of the roads you have been on. I have a 2012 Triumph Thruxton. I use one of my other bikes for touring. I do alot of dual sport rides. Like your channel.
Love riding! Rode across Vietnam last summer, was a wonderful experience. Funny enough, I've actually done more riding abroad than I have in my home country, in the U.S., ha!
LOVE the videos! This retired 67 year old is planning a solo trip from CA to Boston. I’ll most likely do hotels. Looks like you had a wonderful journey.
I am drawn to your videos, as I am with other RUclips channels (woodworking, crafts, etc) because of your editing as others have said, but more importantly, your avoidance of egocentric/ narcissistic talking. Just great scenary, awesome music, and matter of fact info. Good luck.
I'm sure it was a surprise to see your videos take off and to suddenly get so many subscribers! I think at the time I was researching Triumph Bonnevilles and RUclips suggested your video to me. I loved watching them and the music was amazing. I think I should curate a playlist for when I'm out riding. I also liked that you did the trip on a bike that most people wouldn't consider doing it on. Your videos have definetely planted the seed of planning a big trip with my bike. Safe travels!
As a motorcyclist I drank in your cross-country videos (and downloaded as much of the music as I could figure out, great selections). Now I start in on this video and lo… you drove through familiar north shore backroads, my hometown of Wading River and camp at Wildwood where I grew up playing on the beach. Pretty awesome, Jake. I think your simple aesthetic for videos is a distinctive and worth pursuing if you so decide with the channel. And keep the Indie music references coming in the description with links!
Just discovered your videos, awesome man! You are living the dream. The scenery and routes are fantastic. I'm older now, life happens and it's been about 15 years since I've been in the wind. I sure miss it.
Really good video series,Jake! Awesome music too! Sometime in my lifetime,I hope to motorcycle around to country like you did,but that will present a challenge to my legs! Been on a lot of shorties around Colorado! Well, thanks again and roll safe, brethren!
Your editing did the trick. The videos were really well put together. And the music picks were spot on!!

Agreed! His music was perfect, editing was perfect, I really enjoy all 3 and this one!

Love the song selection
Id listen to ur playlist all dayyyyyyy💕
I’m subscribing in the hope you put out more videos of traveling on your bike, even short weekend getaways!
I’ve been waiting for your movie!
Cooking looks nice.
I’m looking forward to uploading next.
Yo! Commented on your other video. Got myself a street twin since then and have been practicing around queens and Brooklyn. Hoping to set out late next year on a similar trip around the country. Your video has been such an inspiration.
That’s awesome man, quite the place to practice around. I’m glad you found some inspo from those videos! Maybe I’ll catch you around Brooklyn sometime
Thanks for sharing Jake! I am living vicariously through you so keep it up! lol

Hello Jake, Love from Indonesia. Thanks for sharing. Now i have motivation to start ride my motorcycle for a long trip. Stay safe and Health Jake 👍👍👍
Really liked your trip, I have been on many of the roads you have been on. I have a 2012 Triumph Thruxton. I use one of my other bikes for touring. I do alot of dual sport rides. Like your channel.
It nice to see beautiful places somewhere else! I love it! Keep up the good work! And also good vlog and nice attitude!
Thanks Jaime! Will do!
Awesome trip, video & music! I’ll be watching for what’s next. Let me know if you come to Oklahoma.
Looks like you had a wonderful journey.
you are a positively genuine guy, that's what makes the best out of your vlog, greetings from Italy.
The Abolition of Man - C. S. Lewis. Nice book
Use to do road trips all over Europe. Your vids brought back memories wich slipped away…. Thank you.
To keep it short, you’re an absolute inspirational!
I'd love to see another trip!
So would I!
just watched your road trip videos... Great content man! Thanks for taking the time to share!
Really good video series,Jake! Awesome music too! Sometime in my lifetime,I hope to motorcycle around to country like you did,but that will present a challenge to my legs! Been on a lot of shorties around Colorado! Well, thanks again and roll safe, brethren!
Hey Jake, you are such an inspiring and unassuming guy. Your videos are excellent and I wish you all the best! Thanks for sharing.
