I've never really thought about the way someone may display the books on their shelves like that,other than professional home stages for house selling. I like seeing the spines of books, but I could understand having them the opposite way for the neutral palette.
I keep the books I’m currently reading under my coffee table. I actually don’t have that many books and finding a book on my bookshelf isn’t that much of a problem. Once I read the book I rarely need it again and if I do, it’s going back under the coffee table :)

Ps I love your home and the way you decorate it. Everyone has different opinions on how they want their home to be to them and it should be different; it would be a very boring world if we were all the same!! Keep to your authentic self regardless of others judgemental views. I’m still learning on trying to find my authentic self within my home as I spent years from the beginning of my married life with my father in law and hubby. Father in law then got dementia do my life here in a new seaside town hasn’t always been my own. I’m finding it difficult finding Christian friends my own age. We're about to head into Spring here in Australia and we really don't get much of an Autumn where I live. Castle Comb is definitely on my bucket list for the next time I visit the UK.

Absolutely perfect and calming video to end my week at work. It motivates me to deep clean my home this week end or at the beginning of the week as i plan to settle my fall decor next friday. I'll be child free for the afternoon, i hope it'll be a great surprise for my daughter to come back home and be surrounded by pumpkins, mushrooms and woodland animals 😊

I like how you place your table by the bookcase. It’s cozy and gives a library feel to the space.
I have a tiny house and this is the only place a table can go but it works!
Ps I love your home and the way you decorate it. Everyone has different opinions on how they want their home to be to them and it should be different; it would be a very boring world if we were all the same!! Keep to your authentic self regardless of others judgemental views. I’m still learning on trying to find my authentic self within my home as I spent years from the beginning of my married life with my father in law and hubby. Father in law then got dementia do my life here in a new seaside town hasn’t always been my own. I’m finding it difficult finding Christian friends my own age. I will get there xx sending love and peace keep on doing what you are doing. I’m enjoying these videos very much xx
