Mad respect for this lady. From learning English to opening a food stall in sg and selling food that is not native to her. Doing everything on her own. That is some innovation. Will give it a try when around the area!
You reminded me of my deceased mother, who used to make me my childhood favourite - The egg on Appam. I had a filling dinner.. but this memory refresh has made me very hungry. Thank you.
Really not easy to maintain a stall in Maxwell especially if you are not selling food that is atypical of office worker's lunch or tourist's favourite chicken rice. So many stalls selling popular local dishes have come and go in Maxwell within a short period. Even my favourite Popo and Nana peranakan food stall has shut down recently.
Salute from Indian brother to you lady My camera is going to capture your stall and support you in my next destination to Singapore in November 23rd for 2 weeks
You may visit Hanh's stall at:

She is a fighter, clever ( she thinks outside the box) and very hardworking. Such people can survive and overcome bad times. She is an inspiration.
She is very smart and hard working to support her whole family !! 👏👏👏
We need more hawkers like her. Innovative, hardworking and daring. It’s great she is an immigrant too. Support!
