LeBron just needs to play off the ball and use his size advantage for shots on the block and mid-range shots. Coach needs to try Caruso at the point.

So sick of the excuses, Chris Broussard is unbelievable. "When LeBron plays point he really takes it serious, he doesn't play like these other guys who just score"...no Chris how about he doesn't have that killer in him to realize it's time to take over the game and stop pussying around looking for triple doubles passing to guys who are not use to being put in that position.
When are they gonna just come out and say, Kawhi Leonard takes LeBron's heart EVERY time they face off. Leonard was out there OWNING it & LeBron looked scared and outmatched, especially down the stretch.
AD is gonna get raked thru the coals this season...cuz guys like Broussard won't tell it like it is when it comes LeBron, afraid he's going to lose his perks and inside access.
It's just one game so I'll give LeBron that much. But from what I saw... Kawhi is coming for blood.

Shaun King all were saying is mileage matters. Lebron is 6th all time in minutes played when you combine his regular season and post season minutes. The wear and tear on his body has worn him down at 34-35 compared to Jordan at 34-35. The game is a lot faster now then the 90s too. There’s 40 more possessions a game that’s why teams score 130-140 points so often now, it takes a lot more energy/stamina to play today’s NBA

Two-time bronze medallist; 2004 Olympics and 2006 World Championships, wouldn't win a gold medal until he begged Kobe Bryant to become his Team USA team mate. Needed two of the other top five picks from his own draft class (Wade and Bosh) as well as two record-holding three-point shooters (Miller and Battier) to win his first championship. Had a 66-win Cavs team with the 3rd best offence and 4th best defense in the NBA (2009) and couldn't get past a one all-star Magic team in the ECF. 61-win Cavs eliminated by a 50-32 Celtics (2010 2nd round) in which Cavs GM Dan Gilbert publicly accused LeBron of "quitting on the series" after he registered double-digit turnivers in the close-out game seven (later proved right by LeBron's exit to Miami). Two of the biggest scoring discrepancies in NBA finals history have come from LeBron; the first time he was swept in 2007 where he was held to 22ppg on 36% shooting by 35 year old Bruce Bowen, and in 2011 where his 17ppg was less than Mavericks bench players and in both instances were almost double figures less than his regular season average. LeBron has played alongside multiple defensive players of the year (Howard, Chandler, Wallace alone won it four times), multiple record-holding shooters (Miller, Battier, Allen and Korver), multiple finals MVPs (S O'Neal, Wade), multiple 50-point club members (S O'Neal, Wade, Irving, Love, D Rose, D Williams, J O'Neal, Jamieson, Davis), multiple gold medallists (S O'Neal, D Rose, Love, Irving, D Williams, Wallace, Wade, Bosh, Allen) and has only managed to tie the championship tally set by many of his peers; Curry, Wade, Cassell, while still chasing the tally set by others; Parker, Ginobili, Duncan, Bryant. He says he is "not a scorer" but it is the only thing he has ever led the league in (once in 2007) as well as averaging more FG attempts than players like Kevin Durant and Carmelo Anthony. Is one of three players in NBA history to average more than four turnovers in multiple seasons, owns numerous playoff turnover records (committed and averaged) and has had a turnover ratio higher than 10% in each of his 16 seasons played. Since 2010 there have been 45 player trades executed under LeBron's captaincy (NBA record and from such a small timeframe), and he has never been able to win a chamionship without at least two all-star, gold medallist team mates both averaging above 19ppg on the season. He's been swept twice in finals, lost a series by an NBA finals record 71 point deficit where the average margin of defeat was 14ppg, only managed one win in two separate series, only has 18 wins out of 49 finals games played (all-time low winning percentage by a league MVP), and four times his direct small-forward match-up has taken home finals MVP (Leonard, Iguodala, Durant x2). As reported by ESPN in 2017, LeBron's attempted game-winner and go-ahead field goal success rate was 5-for-47, a mere 10.6% in the final five seconds of regulation and overtime. In finals series he is 0-for-6. Has shot in the 60% range from the free-throw line twice in his career and he only shoots 40% for his career when his team is down by one possession. In the final two minutes of regulation he shoots 46% for his career. Of his three championships, two came from do or die field goals by team mates (Allen and Irving). In 2015 finals he had a chance to take a commanding 3-1 lead over the Warriors without his side-kick Irving but finished game four with just 20 points on 30% shooting, 50% from the foul line, 0% from three and almost fouled out with 5 fouls. LeBron has NEVER been the guy that the media hype him as and its all getting a bit ridiculous now.

Kawhi helps Toronto win AFTER 2 of the 4 Allstars go down and everything all good he deserves it. But Kyrie hits a 3 and Ray Allen hits a 3 and the talk is how others saved Lebron's career in series where this dude averaged a triple double and scored the 12 points to put them in position for a big shot. The hypocrisy is gross. KD joins Warriors "Oh he proved he's the best" albeit on a championship roster. Warriors lose KD and its oh look Kawhi proved he's the best. But Draymond misses 1 game and it's "oh the Cavs were given a stimulus package". They still had 3 more games that series!!! All I hear is one sided narratives and hypocrisy. 17th season. I'm not the biggest fan of LeBron but his legacy is more than set. He's easily top 5, maybe top 3 all time. His career benefited greatly from playing in the Eastern Conference, but the West is a totally different animal even if he does have Anthony Davis as a teammate. You have to come out and play every night, and you cannot breeze your way through the playoffs to the Finals. It will be a tough year for LeBron.

This is a basic tactic from the jump to wear him down both physically and mentally. To make him do more thinking. So that by the 4th he is out of rhythm - pretty much done. Lebron if you are listening. When playing the Clippers you need to let a guard bring the ball up. Period. Go down, receive the ball on the other end in the post. You will not be as tired and worn down in the 4th plus you should have a field day with either layups, fade away jumpers or free throws. Bringing it down, pounding the ball and backing Patrick down in the post is what the Clippers want you to do, Burn energy.
