France has always been a melting pot of peoples and cultures. Before the Romans came you had Celts, pre-Celtic Ligurians, Iberians in the south and southwest and more recent Germanic immigrants in the northeast. A lot of Greeks and Greek influence in the south as well. And that was before Rome, before the fall of Rome, before the Normans, etc. And even that's pretty recent history. This mixture has been going on for tens of thousands of years and will continue for tens of thousands. People move, populations change, cultures change. So it goes. All the racism and xenophobia you can muster will not slow down this freight train of human migration

Despite all she went through, the murder of her beloved grandmother who'd raised her from birth to 12, the unrelenting beatings from her mother, and her mother's boyfriends repeatedly groping her private parts, my mother protested so loudly she evaded rape (my grandmother's neighbors warned my grandmother her boyfriend was about to rape my mother. My grandmother believed her neighbors when she hadnt believed my teenage mon).
Mom graduated high school and after a series of low paying jobs, divorces and children, she went back to school and excelled in surgical tech training. She got a job in a California hospital and was buying her first house, had a mortgage, worked full time, was divorced and successfully raising four young children on her own, with no child support.
She was a hero of her own life. Then the KGB destroyed her via proxies. We lived in a KKK/KGB nest neighborhood but weren't told about the KKK until mom bought her house in the neighborhood they controlled. Neither the KGB or Russian Mafia self-identified to us because their attacks are illegal in America The KKK and KGB used compromised American police as proxies to ambush and entrap noncriminal civilians, apparently prioritizing targets on people of color with families to force parents to entrap their own children. This has been my experience from age 11 to 64.
The KGB entrapped my mom, forced her to entrap her own children, stressed her so much she smoked like a chimney. She's 82, nearly 83 and has just been diagnosed with lung cancer. The Russian Mafia is still using her to try to emotionally distabilize me. They have a history of killing my loved ones to emotionally distabilize me. They do so because they're determined to destroy me, covertly if at all possible during this covert phase of their coup against my country. They've attacked me physically and psychologically for decades, refusing to accept that I'm resistant to entrapment. They kill people I love to emotionally destabilize me since they can't entrap me. They've harassed, threatened, physically assaulted, sickened &/or tortured me for over 53 years. They've tried to blackmail me. I refuse to be blackmailed.

This whole far right rise is beginning to remind me of the 30s and 40s in Europe, when Hitler and Mussolini were in power. Besides those policies that you listed, its really only the wealthy that benefit from a far right government. Theyll give a tax cut to the upper class, but what about us, what do we get? Besides that, the cost of living crisis will remain a problem for several years to come (regardless of whos running, due to geopolitical factors, which are too a certain degree also responsible for the worsening immigration crisis across europe, in addition to inflation) and the populist right are more inclined to exploit the grievances that lower class people have than actually find any solutions to any problems they may be facing. They tend to be very skilled at lying, are afraid of the truth, and the reality is that they only make these problems related to inequality even worse. They also do little to resolve homelessness, or else they just handle the issue badly. Im well aware that each far right leader has a different approach as well.
