If you guys are a Disney fans, we highly recommend visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. It's seriously the best Disney park in the world. There are 2 Disney Parks in Tokyo. One is Tokyo Disneyland and another is Tokyo DisneySea. Tokyo Disney resort ticket is very affordable unlike in the United States. You are looking at around $60 for day ticket to $200 for a 4 day ticket.

The music, the sound effects, and the special effects... WOW! This is the best version of the ride! They really need to update the California and Florida versions... which I've been saying for years.
They won't & shouldn't updated the one in CA solely because it's the original ride that Walt designed & was one of the park's opening day rides in 1955 meaning it's a classic & a piece of history!
Didn't stop them from updating Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, Big Thunder.

Actually, they revamped the original jungle cruise in DL a couple of times over the decades.
Danielle Levy just because its the original or historic it doesnt mean it should be preserved. Many DL attractions are outdated, boring and sad to see, compared to newer versions in Orlando, Paris or Asia. DL has an obligation to update just like any other resort
It is my life-long goal to be in Japan one day. And having a Disney Park there just makes it heaven.

前行ったときに高校の修学旅行で来てた人たちがいて嫌だなぁと思ってたけどいい感じに盛り上げてくれててとても楽しかった
個人的にジャングルから動物の目が光ってるのが見えたり、ホタルが綺麗だったり、
ラストの像の滝のイルミネーションが綺麗だから夜乗るのがオススメ🤭✨

Me too! This is one of the videos where they should have the English translation of the Japanese script-just in case it's different-somewhere on the screen.
The jokes were rewritten because Japanese humor and puns are different from the western ones. For instance, instead of "backside of water":
‘Those on the right hand side, please enjoy the “expression” of the water. Those on the left, enjoy the “expression” on the rocks. And in the middle, enjoy the [facial] expression of the captain.'”
I saw a daytime version of this... this night time so cool. Don't remember if they showed the exact same thing though. Looks like so much fun.
A good rule of thumb for Jungle Cruise is to wait and ride it at night. You won't have to wait in the insanely hot and humid line in the middle of a scorching sunny day, the wait time is always significantly lower at night, and the overall vibe of the attraction feels really cool at night, especially the temple ruins. Seriously, if you wait until around 9:00 or 9:30 to ride it you'll never have to wait more than 15 minutes or so at the most. That's kind of true for a lot of the rides at the parks, though. My family and I are always able to get multiple rides in on things like Big Thunder, Haunted Mansion, or Pirates at night with most of them being walk-ons with no wait by that time. After dinner time the parks generally clear out pretty well, Magic Kingdom in particular since it is the most "kid-friendly" and most families with young kids will have left the park by then. You'll find yourself just walking in totally open stretches of the park in areas that are typically really crowded during the day, so it can even feel like you've got the whole park to yourself sometimes lol.
One of our most recent discoveries is riding Big Thunder during the fireworks. It's always a walk-on around that time, and if you time it right you can be going up the lift hills viewing the fireworks pretty close to where they're actually launched, so it is always really cool to see them illuminating the sky with the spires of Big Thunder in the foreground. It's a vastly underrated/unknown way to watch the fireworks, especially if you've seen the fireworks show by itself before and would like to take advantage of the lower wait times on popular rides while still catching some of the fireworks show as well. Splash Mountain used to be the sam way as well; no wait during fireworks and a great view if you time it right. So if you can hold out until 8:30-9:00 on most days you'll find yourself walking onto rides that may have had several-hour-long wait times during the day. The more you know!
Wow this is more high tech than the ride at Disney World in Florida!

I went to the original when I was a kid in the late 70's. Yes, I'm old. Kindif. Will be 50 next month! 😋 Anyways,the depiction of this rude in Tokyo is faaaarrr better than Disney World back then. However, they may have updated since I went there. They have other rides! O Love 💘 the Night time version! The fog, & other effects make it a worth while ride! 😻

I live in California, been to Disneyland hundreds of times...but it occurs to me I've NEVER ridden the Jungle Cruise at night.

SylkaChan ehhh... disagree. In my opinion relying so heavily on projections and screens doesn’t capture the same magic as primarily creating amazing set pieces, environments and animatronics
@@matthewvaughn8026 check out Disney Sea, it's been credited as being the best theme park in the world. The theming is out of this world, it's gorgeous to look at and has a good share of great animatronics and rides.
SylkaChan I disagree for one exclusive reason: Disneyland - the original park in Anaheim -- had Walt Disney’s personal blessing.
@@HillVillageDragon Whether or not it has Walt's personal blessing doesn't mean it's the best. In fact, it all depends on how well things are being taken care of over the years. Trust me, as someone who has worked at Disney World in the past, and has a mother that's worked at Disneyland for 12 years, there's a lot more going on behind the scenes that shows what level of care each park is getting.
Things in Tokyo are so immaculately taken care of, their customer service is fantastic, the themes far outdo the themes in America for the most part, and nothing ever looks old or worn down.
When the American parks hold onto things just because of "history" but never maintain them properly and just do the bare minimum of what it takes to keep them running... the American parks tend to leave a lot to be desired.
Don't get me wrong, I still love them, but I do still think that the Tokyo parks have all of the American parks beat.

The Tokyo one has a soundtrack, is longer, and has a whole section with projection mapping......this is way better than Disneyland’s original

Is this a professional video cam? I just cannot believe the clarity and depth that you got on this! Especially since it is in dim lighting! What type of camera did you use?
There are several super low light video cameras out now, cameras like the Sony A7SII (which has been out for a few years) which are amazing in low light.
If Disney created imagineering, then the Oriental Land Company perfected it.

I wonder if this story line will play into the Jungle Cruise movie starring the Dwayne "the Rock'' Johnson?? I'm hoping that disney is not trying to push a movie down our throats just because it's a ride at their theme parks, I'm hoping it will be a disney classic like Pirates was and hopefully we can get a remake of the Haunted Mansion so it to can become a classic? What other ride do you guys want to see become a movie? Frankly I want the Phantom Manor storyline including the mining town.

Maybe (hopefully... fingers crossed) they will introduce S.E.A. into the story line, and continue S.E.A. into future Disneyland movies.

The original is not outdated, it's classic.
The question is, are you sure the current stateside version of the ride is the original version? I remember a virtual ride-through of the original version narrated by Thurl "Tony the Tiger" Ravenscroft. :D
Martin D. Ya that's right. The current version has been updated since the very beginning. From what I understand, the skippers jokes weren't an original part of it for example. Apparently the original script was more serious.
Disneylands Jungle Cruiz has gone through tons of updates and refurbishments, one which happened not too long ago, so people saying it's "outdated" doesn't make any sense because it's frequently updated. I know the jokes weren't an original part of the ride, but to me, its the bad jokes that make it so good! I make sure I ride it every trip just to hear the new jokes. If it was meant to be a serious ride I would not ride it as often.
It's antiquated as hell, only Disney nerds can enjoy it.

And I wish people would knock it off about how Disneyland should get this upgraded or that upgraded. There isn't any room to do those kinds of improvements.

Yeah... These sorts of additions could work for WDW's version, but not Disneyland's.
Laughter might not have been picked up by the camera, and I think Japanese people generally don't laugh too loud in public out of politeness, especially when there's a guide talking.
Above comment is correct, when I traveled in Japan people tend to be polite in public, to a fault. No speaking loudly, no laughing or smiling (and if they do they tend to cover their mouth) but that's in public, not saying everyone is like that all the time.

For example, one video will be a tour to Fantasyland and all the attractions from this land only. Another video from let's say, will be a tour for the Adventureland and all the attractions of this land as well, and so on. :-)

What happened to the boats Steering Wheel? I know Back when I use to ride this they had one and pretended to steer it but while on the ride the driver got her hand caught in it and hurt it.

This is a fine version of the Jungle Cruise, but it's pretty funny how they add a few seconds of "The Lion King" soundtrack and some CGI video projections and suddenly everyone is like "ERHMAGERD! THIS IS THE BESTEST VERSION EVAR!!1!" Talk about your low standards.

Why are people acting like ZOMG THIS IS TH EMOST AMAZING THING EVER. They added music and a projection effect, neither of which make any sense in the context of the ride, and EVERYTHING ELSE IS EXACTLY THE SAME.
Night time lights and a temple sections. Projection effects are also really cool on just about any ride.
