I'm an old man, former business owner/manager who might not have given this young man, a winner in almost every way imaginable, a chance, or an interview because of that look. We both would have been worse off, him not getting a great job and me not having an outstanding young man on my staff. Not fair, huh? Someone my age/with my experience knows that is how the world works.
